Should be law to undergo Trailer Towing training to be pulling something like that about.

Wouldn’t it have been easier to unhitch and twist the van off the car.

The car is relatively ok. These mistakes are common and can easily happen to anyone. Just a £700 minimum bodywork cost if you play the cards right and don’t tell your insurance company. We all have to at all times drive like where walking on egg shells and not relax too much.
