Canton Select Board public comments never disappoint. Brenda Sweeney, Jon Comeau, and Peter Murphy get to the point. Cover up, John O’keefe deserved better, Chris Albert still doesn’t pay his bills. And shout out to Melanie Little for reading 46 pages of Karen Read’s lawsuit against all the players!...

Can’t forget about this interview the McAlberts did the day after #KarenRead was acquitted. “The criminal justice system has let US down” UMMM…. YOU 👏🏼 ARE 👏🏼 NOT 👏🏼 THE 👏🏼 VICTIMS 👏🏼 John O’Keefe is the victim. The O’Keefe family are the victims. The canton police (Mike Lank + Sean Goode) didn’t investigate because they protected their friends instead- Brian Albert’s brother Kevin is also a canton police detective- The Canton Police Chief, Ken Berkowitz was afraid of Brian Albert (per Brian Higgins testimony in trial one) Canton PD collected blood evidence in plastic solo cups they got “from a neighbor” The police didn’t get ring camera video from anyone nearby and then called in another family friend, MSP trooper Michael Proctor to “investigate” MSP Proctor (now fired) didn’t record interviews, interviewed everyone together at Jen McCabe’s house, didn’t interview key witnesses until 12-18 months later, left names out of police reports, deleted ring video from John O’Keefe’s house, didn’t take pictures of Karen Read’s allegedly shattered taillight, inverted the sallyport video & to this day no one has done ANYTHING to find out who was driving the Ford Edge that the plow driver saw parked in front of 34F at 3:30am, right next to where John O’Keefe’s body would later be found. But sure, the McAlberts are the victims and the criminal justice system let “them” down. Despicable. Aidan Kearney Tim Pool #KarenReadcase

Unfiltered Thoughts (Justice For John O’Keefe)

Not to tale you all away from the drama but....lets think about John Okeefe for a moment. The Feds may not yet know who killed John O’Keefe but if they’re doing their jobs, they’re almost certainly looking at who covered it up. And if there was a cover-up, the key players weren’t ordinary bystanders. They were people with power, influence, and badges the very people who could trigger federal civil-rights charges. Did the Albert family, their relatives inside 34 Fairview, and Brian Higgins receive “professional courtesy” from the Massachusetts State Police, especially from Unit Commander Brian Tully, while Karen Read and Brian “Lucky” Loughran were treated as suspects? Let’s revisit how Tully’s role shaped this entire case: January 29, 2022 Tully admits he was alerted to John’s death around 7 a.m. Yet instead of going to 34 Fairview, he stayed away, by his own testimony, he didn’t leave his house until after noon. All day, no MSP personnel secured 34 Fairview; Canton Police walked off, leaving the scene unprotected. Communications: From the start, Tully was in constant contact with ADA Morrissey, MSP Sgt. Yuri, and Canton Chief Ken Berkowitz, all by phone. Tully was asked on the stand whether Morrissey’s immediate involvement was “normal.” His answer? “It’s not abnormal.” In plain English…high-level coordination from the first hour. Tully claimed his first call to the SERT team leader wasn’t until 2 p.m., hours after the crime scene should have been sealed. By the time he says he arrived, two SERT members and “unidentified Canton officers” were already there which was a major chain-of-custody red flag. Tully testified his troopers pulled footage from the Canton Library and the Temple on Washington Street — but only within narrow windows (12–1 a.m. and 5–6 a.m.). This laser focus on Karen Read’s movements left gaping holes: No effort to corroborate Allie McCabe’s claims of where she drove that night. No exterior footage showing Chris Albert leaving the Waterfall to see which direction he went. No video of Julie, Coco, and Caitlin arriving together — or separately. No footage confirming Brian Albert and Brian Higgins’ staggered arrival stories at the Waterfall. No effort to review the “no movement all night” surveillance from the Canton officer living across from 34 Fairview. No visible proof of Ryan Nagel at the table he claimed at CF McCarthy’s. Meanwhile, the Alberts refused to hand over their Ring footage, and no one compelled it. When you line up all of the witness contradictions against Tully’s testimony and the actual investigative record, a pattern emerges Those closest to law enforcement got a pass. The only people aggressively pursued were outsiders. If Karen Read didn’t kill John O’Keefe, then someone inside 34 Fairview did. But those individuals were connected to high-ranking police and prosecutors who had every ability to protect them and every incentive to point the finger elsewhere. And who had the power to make that happen? Brian Tully – the highest-ranking MSP officer on scene, who oversaw the search after leaving it unsecured all day. Ken Berkowitz,Canton Police Chief who sat on evidence for a year contradicting Higgins’ testimony. Was in the Sallyport when Karen's vehicle arrived at the station, And found taillight pieces while driving by 34 fairview one day Sgt. Yuri Bukkake, who could monitor Trooper Proctor, the eventual “patsy.” DA Morrissey, the one official with the authority to pressure the narrative and protect the group. This isn’t conspiracy theory, it’s drawn from sworn testimony. If the Feds are watching, the real story isn’t just who killed John O’Keefe. It’s who used their positions to blindfold an entire investigation. By the way..Allie was in a little blue Ford fusion.... just sayin

Mark Bederow’s very first footnote in this week’s filing is putting everyone on notice that despite all the noise about Michael Proctor as of late, we still have not forgotten about Yuri Bukhenik. We have not forgotten about the Rubber Duck scandal of Canton. We have not forgotten that Bukhenik showed up at the homes of multiple women to threaten them with arrest and criminal charges for their speech on social media. Bukhenik’s abuse of power deserves the same amount of scrutiny as Proctor’s does, especially when looking at his actions through the lens of the First Amendment. Putting aside the Karen Read case entirely, Bukhenik had just as much of a part as Proctor did in the specific targeting against Aidan Kearney, who currently faces every indictment for which the Norfolk County DA’s office can attempt to justify. Despite anyone’s claims, Bukhenik and Proctor are the left and right hand of the same body. Bukhenik played an active role in a portion of the damning texts that have been uncovered from Proctor’s cell phone. He also said anything he needed to (whether true or otherwise) to protect Proctor on the witness stand. Was Bukhenik’s sworn statement that Proctor operated with “honor and integrity” purely motivated by the protection of Michael Proctor, or was it, in part, to shield himself? To repeat some of Mr. Bederow’s “free legal advice” toward anyone associated with Proctor’s abysmal conduct (from Justice Served): GET AHEAD OF IT, DO THE RIGHT THING, AND COME CLEAN. ☀️ The public should not feel that the biggest threat to their communities comes from the same people who have sworn to serve & protect them. It is well past time to find out just how deep the scandal of the Norfolk County DA’s office goes.

Michael Proctor's new data extraction were confirmed to have racist and biased communications in them. Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio confirmed on 10/30/25: “If you’re already prejudiced to people because of the color of their skin, their ethnicity, if they’re a male or female, then you can’t have an open mind when you started this investigation.” Several other Norfolk County attorneys also were also able to receive this data extraction as Proctor investigated their clients cases. That being said, we also know the DA's office has them and most likely Massachusetts State Police. It's highly likely that Canton PD has parts of these communications considering Proctor was very friendly with several Canton officers. Proctor of course grew up and lives in town so his friendships with some of these individuals run decades long. I posted this video before the news of Canton PD Sgt Sean Goode had come out because I knew how entangled some of the Canton crew is in Proctor's dealings. And I can't stop wondering just who else went along with Proctor and engaged in these types of conversations. Are these officers still on the police force? Have they quietly retired? Are any of them still working details in Canton? Has any of them left Canton PD? Are any of them now passed away? But most importantly: will the public ever see these communications and know the truth of how their own officers, paid by their tax dollars, feel about them and their community members?

Last night, the House Defendant YouTube channel made a very confident claim that simply does not match the record. One of the panelists stated that “by 7:00 p.m. on the first day, they already knew what happened to John,” and went on to say that Proctor and Yuri, UMMM WELL "didn't step on to the scene until, I don't remember the time right now” newsflash…. They didn't the 1st day! interviewed people at Jen’s house, Went to dighton saw John’s body, saw the taillight, and “put it all together” that same day. That version of events is not just casual, it’s wrong. Here Is the Actual, Documented Sequence Proctor and Yuri’s movements on January 29th are not a mystery. 1st it was Canton Police Department Then to Jen McCabe’s house on County Lane, next to the hospital, and off to Dighton, to seize Karen Read’s vehicle, and finished up with Back to Canton PD They never went to 34 Fairview that day. Not once. The “Nine People” Claim Doesn’t Hold Either The channel also claimed that “nine people said John never came in the house.” That is not accurate for that day. On January 29th, Proctor and Yuri spoke to Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, Jen McCabe, Matt McCabe, Kerry Roberts That’s five people, not nine. Others were not interviewed until later. You don’t get to retroactively stack statements and pretend they all existed on Day One. This channel repeatedly says “we leave no stone unturned.” But leaving no stone unturned requires, correct sequencing, accurate attribution, and resisting the urge to fill gaps with confidence. Saying investigators “knew by 7:00 that night” isn’t just an opinion, it’s a claim about process, timing, and evidence. And when you check it against the record, it collapses.
