MISINFORMATION MELANIE STRIKES AGAIN Melanie Little told her audience today that through his role on the Selectboard, Chris Albert "and his people" "set up" Aidan Kearney. Her reasoning was that since the Selectboard oversees the Canton Police Department, Chris was able to unilaterally decide to investigate and imprison Kearney. There's just one problem. The investigation into Aidan Kearney and witness intimidation was not done by the Canton Police Department. The Canton Police Department had nothing to do with the investigation. She literally made the entire scenario up to fit her crazy storyline. The investigation was done by MSP. And for the record, Mel, his indictment was December 2023. He was arrested in October of 2023. You can't even get dates right.

It started with a picture,cChris Albert straddling John O’Keefe’s front fence, snapping photos to send while O’Keefe was away, mocking him like a schoolyard bully who never grew up. Then came the video from the Waterfall Grille parking lot, showing Albert in a shouting match with a woman, hurling obscenities in public. But it didn’t stop there. Albert went on to make two false 911 calls, wasting emergency resources and further damaging public trust. And as if that weren’t enough, he allegedly called up residents to harass and slander them, continuing a disturbing pattern of behavior unfit for any public official let alone one sitting on the Canton Select Board. This is the same Chris Albert who’s had to apologize twice before official meetings for his outbursts, only to repeat them again later. Canton deserves leadership that behaves like adults, not teenagers with authority badges.

This is one of the most disgraceful things that Karen Reads Attorney David Yannetti said in one of the pretrial hearings. He perpetuated this lie which led to the relentless harassment of Colin Albert. Karen Read was the ringmaster of this despicable and disgusting campaign of accusing innocent people of murdering John O’Keefe. What Karen Read, David Yannetti, Alan Jackson and Aidan Kearney have done to Colin over the last three years is reprehensible and unforgivable. What’s more sickening in this clip is the cheering by KR’s family. They have caused more damage and destruction to Colin’s life and took away what should’ve been some of the best years of his young life. KR will never take responsibility for John O’Keefe’s death. Her family will never hold themselves accountable for their role in their evil plan. One day they will all be held accountable for what they did to John O’Keefe, his family and friends, and until that day, we will be here advocating for them.

The Feds may not yet know who killed John O’Keefe but if they’re doing their jobs, they’re almost certainly looking at who covered it up. And if there was a cover-up, the key players weren’t ordinary bystanders. They were people with power, influence, and badges the very people who could trigger federal civil-rights charges. Did the Albert family, their relatives inside 34 Fairview, and Brian Higgins receive “professional courtesy” from the Massachusetts State Police, especially from Unit Commander Brian Tully, while Karen Read and Brian “Lucky” Loughran were treated as suspects? Let’s revisit how Tully’s role shaped this entire case: January 29, 2022 Tully admits he was alerted to John’s death around 7 a.m. Yet instead of going to 34 Fairview, he stayed away, by his own testimony, he didn’t leave his house until after noon. All day, no MSP personnel secured 34 Fairview; Canton Police walked off, leaving the scene unprotected. Communications: From the start, Tully was in constant contact with ADA Morrissey, MSP Sgt. Yuri, and Canton Chief Ken Berkowitz, all by phone. Tully was asked on the stand whether Morrissey’s immediate involvement was “normal.” His answer? “It’s not abnormal.” In plain English…high-level coordination from the first hour. During Emily D. Baker ⚖️ 💜’s reading of Karen Read’s Motion to Compel, a significant allegation emerged. According to former MSP Trooper Michael Proctor’s own notes, he knew Colin Albert was inside 34 Fairview on the night Officer John O’Keefe was found dying on Brian Albert’s lawn on January 29, 2022. Yet Colin Albert was reportedly omitted from Proctor’s report and was not formally interviewed until approximately 18 months later. Think about that. A person Proctor allegedly knew was present inside the house was left out of his report and wasn’t questioned for a year and a half. If these allegations are accurate, they raise serious questions about the thoroughness and objectivity of the investigation. Why would someone known to be inside the house not be included in the report? Why the 18-month delay? Transparency matters. Accountability matters. Anyone who saw John O’Keefe’s injuries can see the arm wounds were from a dog, and experts during the trial concluded were not from a car. It’s insulting to claim otherwise. All people are interested in at this point is when the McAlberts, Proctor, and all of those who conspired to frame Karen Read and persecute Aidan Kearney for doing the act of journalism will be held accountable. Protecting well-connected cop Brian Albert wasn’t their first rodeo. The Feds were investigating DA Morrissey’s office for the Sandra Birchmore murder cover-up a year earlier, in which connected cop Matthew Farwell was not indicted for the grooming and killing of her and her unborn baby that he thought was his. Thankfully, the Feds acted and took this psychopath off the streets. 📺

Mark Bederow’s very first footnote in this week’s filing is putting everyone on notice that despite all the noise about Michael Proctor as of late, we still have not forgotten about Yuri Bukhenik. We have not forgotten about the Rubber Duck scandal of Canton. We have not forgotten that Bukhenik showed up at the homes of multiple women to threaten them with arrest and criminal charges for their speech on social media. Bukhenik’s abuse of power deserves the same amount of scrutiny as Proctor’s does, especially when looking at his actions through the lens of the First Amendment. Putting aside the Karen Read case entirely, Bukhenik had just as much of a part as Proctor did in the specific targeting against Aidan Kearney, who currently faces every indictment for which the Norfolk County DA’s office can attempt to justify. Despite anyone’s claims, Bukhenik and Proctor are the left and right hand of the same body. Bukhenik played an active role in a portion of the damning texts that have been uncovered from Proctor’s cell phone. He also said anything he needed to (whether true or otherwise) to protect Proctor on the witness stand. Was Bukhenik’s sworn statement that Proctor operated with “honor and integrity” purely motivated by the protection of Michael Proctor, or was it, in part, to shield himself? To repeat some of Mr. Bederow’s “free legal advice” toward anyone associated with Proctor’s abysmal conduct (from Justice Served): GET AHEAD OF IT, DO THE RIGHT THING, AND COME CLEAN. ☀️ The public should not feel that the biggest threat to their communities comes from the same people who have sworn to serve & protect them. It is well past time to find out just how deep the scandal of the Norfolk County DA’s office goes.

What was supposed to be Karen Read’s response to our Motion to Dismiss turned into a 54-page Amended Complaint. And reading through it, you’d think the last two criminal trials never happened. So many of the allegations against us in this Amended Complaint are presented as if none of the evidence from those trials exists - as if the record doesn’t contradict them, as if the testimony never occurred, as if the scrutiny of two full criminal proceedings simply didn’t happen. Instead, we’re apparently expected to step into Karen Read’s fairytale world, where inconvenient facts disappear and narratives get rewritten. Michael Proctor's new data extraction were confirmed to have racist and biased communications in them. Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio confirmed on 10/30/25: “If you’re already prejudiced to people because of the color of their skin, their ethnicity, if they’re a male or female, then you can’t have an open mind when you started this investigation.” Several other Norfolk County attorneys also were also able to receive this data extraction as Proctor investigated their clients cases. That being said, we also know the DA's office has them and most likely Massachusetts State Police. It's highly likely that Canton PD has parts of these communications considering Proctor was very friendly with several Canton officers. Proctor of course grew up and lives in town so his friendships with some of these individuals run decades long. I posted this video before the news of Canton PD Sgt Sean Goode had come out because I knew how entangled some of the Canton crew is in Proctor's dealings. And I can't stop wondering just who else went along with Proctor and engaged in these types of conversations. Are these officers still on the police force? Have they quietly retired? Are any of them still working details in Canton? Has any of them left Canton PD? Are any of them now passed away? But most importantly: will the public ever see these communications and know the truth of how their own officers, paid by their tax dollars, feel about them and their community members?

Not once. The “Nine People” Claim Doesn’t Hold Either The channel also claimed that “nine people said John never came in the house.” That is not accurate for that day.
