Michael Proctor's new data extraction were confirmed to have racist and biased communications in them. Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio confirmed on 10/30/25: “If you’re already prejudiced to people because of the color of their skin, their ethnicity, if they’re a male or female, then you can’t have an open mind... when you started this investigation.” Several other Norfolk County attorneys also were also able to receive this data extraction as Proctor investigated their clients cases. That being said, we also know the DA's office has them and most likely Massachusetts State Police. It's highly likely that Canton PD has parts of these communications considering Proctor was very friendly with several Canton officers. Proctor of course grew up and lives in town so his friendships with some of these individuals run decades long. I posted this video before the news of Canton PD Sgt Sean Goode had come out because I knew how entangled some of the Canton crew is in Proctor's dealings. And I can't stop wondering just who else went along with Proctor and engaged in these types of conversations. Are these officers still on the police force? Have they quietly retired? Are any of them still working details in Canton? Has any of them left Canton PD? Are any of them now passed away? But most importantly: will the public ever see these communications and know the truth of how their own officers, paid by their tax dollars, feel about them and their community members?show more

From the beginning of the John O'Keefe murder investigation, several individuals appeared to distance themselves from knowing John or even knowing of him. One of those individuals was Canton Police Sergeant Sean Goode. We hear an example of this firsthand during Kerry Roberts' non-emergency call on January 29, 2022. During that call, Kerry provided specific identifying details that should have made it immediately clear who she was referring to: a Boston police officer who lived on Meadows off Pleasant Street and had adopted his niece and nephew. However, recent public records requests suggest a very different story. Less than a year earlier, Detective Kevin Albert and Goode were discussing an issue involving O'Keefe. During that conversation, Albert shared personal details about John, including that he was a Boston police officer who had adopted his niece and nephew - a tragic story that many in Canton were familiar with. These are the exact same identifying details Kerry provided to Goode during the January 29 call. It's also important to remember that Canton is a relatively small town, and the law enforcement community within it is even smaller. Officers who live in town but work for different agencies or jurisdictions often knew of one another, if not through work itself, then through local gatherings, events, or social circles. This included Greg Long and Brian Albert of BPD, Michael Proctor of MSP, and Brian Higgins of ATF. Not only had Albert and Goode discussed O'Keefe, but Goode had also been assigned to assist with O'Keefe's March 21, 2021 issue. In fact, that was not the only incident involving O'Keefe that Goode would assist with. Which raises an important question: was Goode minimizing or downplaying his familiarity with John during Kerry's call? In a previous post, I pointed out that Goode was actively texting while the scene where O'Keefe was found was being processed. He was also one of only three officers permitted inside Brian Albert's home at 34 Fairview Road. I've mentioned before just how involved Goode was in this investigation, and it's possible that whatever is uncovered through his internal affairs investigation could reveal more about what occurred during the earliest hours of John O'Keefe's murder investigation.

Mark Bederow’s very first footnote in this week’s filing is putting everyone on notice that despite all the noise about Michael Proctor as of late, we still have not forgotten about Yuri Bukhenik. We have not forgotten about the Rubber Duck scandal of Canton. We have not forgotten that Bukhenik showed up at the homes of multiple women to threaten them with arrest and criminal charges for their speech on social media. Bukhenik’s abuse of power deserves the same amount of scrutiny as Proctor’s does, especially when looking at his actions through the lens of the First Amendment. Putting aside the Karen Read case entirely, Bukhenik had just as much of a part as Proctor did in the specific targeting against Aidan Kearney, who currently faces every indictment for which the Norfolk County DA’s office can attempt to justify. Despite anyone’s claims, Bukhenik and Proctor are the left and right hand of the same body. Bukhenik played an active role in a portion of the damning texts that have been uncovered from Proctor’s cell phone. He also said anything he needed to (whether true or otherwise) to protect Proctor on the witness stand. Was Bukhenik’s sworn statement that Proctor operated with “honor and integrity” purely motivated by the protection of Michael Proctor, or was it, in part, to shield himself? To repeat some of Mr. Bederow’s “free legal advice” toward anyone associated with Proctor’s abysmal conduct (from Justice Served): GET AHEAD OF IT, DO THE RIGHT THING, AND COME CLEAN. ☀️ The public should not feel that the biggest threat to their communities comes from the same people who have sworn to serve & protect them. It is well past time to find out just how deep the scandal of the Norfolk County DA’s office goes.

Proctor's lawyer, during the hearing, argued that Proctor's Snapchat and text messages should not be made public. That resulted in this reporter saying, in real time; Wait, Michael Proctor had a Snapchat!?!?! Proctor's lawyer then referenced Karen's case filed last week in Bristol county (Proctorgate). Proctor's lawyer says he realizes the cat is out of the bad but implores Judge that we are talking about "Michael Proctor's privacy, who has spent years helping victims. He has never been indicted. He has never been arrested. He has never had his bail revoked. I would suggest Proctor has a legitimate privacy interest in these Snapchat messages." Proctor's lawyer wants the Norfolk D.A. to orally tell the defendants about Proctor's Snapchat messages. Proctor's lawyer then told Judge Doolin that Karen's lawsuit involving the Proctorgate files was intended to defame and embarrass Michael Proctor and, in turn, Proctor's lawyer asks Judge Doolin to keep Proctor's Snapchat messages public. This is a clip of "highlights" from 12 minutes of video of my body and dash cam footage from my visit to Canton Police station on April 15th, 2025. This has a much clearer picture of the interactions with Lt. Lank and Sgt. NO-Fucking-Goode (NFG). Also the footage of NFG slowly diving by my car after while I was just leaving the station. After "maybe getting a call" about my location, because I didn't turn my camera off quick enough. I have been trying to upload the longer version for a couple hours now so here are the highlights until the longer one uploads. In the next couple days I am going to watch the full testimony of these 2 and other Canton PD officers so I know who I'm dealing with and what the did or didn't do in the #KarenRead case. Should I livestream when I watch those officers testimony?

Every woman in America should be on their feet applauding these unbelievably brave women, who are prepared to stand up, speak up and speak out. This is the very definition of ‘Good trouble’. I cannot begin to comprehend the hurt and trauma these women experienced, having to relive the most devastating time of their life. Their dreams of being a parent were cruelly snatched away. As if that was not cruel enough, the removal of their constitutional right to healthcare in this critical moment, effectively punished them and their unborn children. The response from lawyers representing the source of their unimaginable torture, was that these women ‘do not have standing, because none of them can confidently say that they can get pregnant again’ The state are making a disingenuous claim, in the knowledge that if that were the case, it would be as a direct result of their dystopian law. Michael Proctor is another casualty of the despicable, unethical, and potential criminal behavior of Karen Read, Alan Jackson, David Yannetti, and the blogger known as Turtleboy. 📌 why did David Yannetti, and Bill Read, have a secret meeting with US attorney Josh Levey in 2022, that resulted in a grand jury investigating this case? 📌 why were the Feds given access to all these witnesses private conversations on their private cell phones, and why were these conversations given to the defense, when nothing in these conversations were found to be criminal, or show any evidence of a cover-up, or a conspiracy. 📌 how, why, and who leaked these conversations INTENTIONALLY to a blogger who then released them to the public? UPDATE🚨🚨: In a wild twist to Proctorgate, Kevin Foley --involved in sending racist messages with Michael Proctor-- may actually be a former Canton police officer (arrested in 2013 in a sex-for-hire-sting) who, shockingly, held a fundraiser for John O'Keefe's orphaned niece and nephew in 2014 alongside Kevin Albert. I don't know what to say. If this is confirmed --and a former Milton police officer by the same name is ruled out-- it changes everything. This would provide a direct link --via Kevin Foley-- between Michael Proctor, Kevin Albert and John O'Keefe's niece and nephew going back to 2014. This connection --and Proctor's abhorrent messages with a number of police officers-- were never revealed during either of Karen Read's two trials and, if confirmed, this link would represent a shocking series of coverups related to Proctor's conflicts of interest when investigating John's death on the home of Kevin Albert's brother (former Boston police officer Brian Albert) on the early morning of January 29th, 2022. It was only in 2025, after an order from Judge Doolin in the Myles King case (requested by lawyer Rosemary Scapicchio) that this data was eventually turned over --albeit under a protective order that was granted over Scapicchio's objections. Late Friday, Scapicchio was able to release another wave of Proctor's messages via a newly-unsealed motion to dismiss in the King case (King, for his part, is currently in federal prison on new charges that seem to be designed to remove Proctor from King's eventual trial). The first wave of those messages were released via Karen Read's newly-filed civil suit in Bristol County against the State Police and Canton Police last week, but Scapicchio's filing exposes shocking new messages among the group and, importantly, also revealed the names of some of the men who Proctor communicated with over many years. Local reporter Dixie Normus also noted as follows just minutes ago; "One thing I want to be clear about, I do not know yet whether the “Foley” referenced in the messages is Kevin Foley, who is brothers with the Matt Foley pictured here." "But what this photo does show, based on the people identified, is how close and overlapping this Canton social circle was. Sean Goode, Courtney Proctor, Kati Brown, Jillian Daniels, Kenner Johnson, and Matt Foley all appear within the same friend orbit." "That matters because this case has never just been about one person knowing one person. It is about overlapping friendships, family ties, police connections, and whether conflicts were treated seriously enough from the beginning." "So no, I’m not claiming the “Foley” in the messages is Kevin Foley unless that is confirmed." "I’m saying the overlap itself deserves attention." This connection --and Proctor's abhorrent messages with a number of police officers-- were never revealed during either of Karen Read's two trials and, if confirmed, this link would represent a shocking series of coverups related to Proctor's conflicts of interest when investigating John's death on the home of Kevin Albert's brother (former Boston police officer Brian Albert) on the early morning of January 29th, 2022. It was only in 2025, after an order from Judge Doolin in the Myles King case (requested by lawyer Rosemary Scapicchio) that this data was eventually turned over --albeit under a protective order that was granted over Scapicchio's objections. Late Friday, Scapicchio was able to release another wave of Proctor's messages via a newly-unsealed motion to dismiss in the King case (King, for his part, is currently in federal prison on new charges that seem to be designed to remove Proctor from King's eventual trial). The first wave of those messages were released via Karen Read's newly-filed civil suit in Bristol County against the State Police and Canton Police last week, but Scapicchio's filing exposes shocking new messages among the group and, importantly, also revealed the names of some of the men who Proctor communicated with over many years. It is about overlapping friendships, family ties, police connections, and whether conflicts were treated seriously enough from the beginning." I just wanted to share what has been on my heart all day. I know we are all thinking about the hostages, their families, and the families of the murderers who are being released in this deal. Their suffering is immense and unfathomable – I pray for them every single day. However, today, all I could think about all day was our soldiers in the IDF. Seeing the videos and pictures of them leaving Gaza, and the beautiful messages their commanders wrote to the men, I became very emotional. These men, these boys, have taken the brunt of this war on their backs. They have fought with a tenacity and ferocity that fills my heart with pride to be a Jew. While others suffer in their souls, our boys bled. They bled in the hundreds. They were above politics, above lies and dishonesty, above everything except the mission. I look at them now, I think of all the ones who didn’t come back. I think of all of our purest souls who fell in their prime – our flowers who were taken us before they could blossom. I look at the men who are coming out of Gaza and I know that no matter what – we will achieve victory. Make no mistake, the ONLY reason any of these hostages are coming home is because of the sacrifice and warrior spirit of the IDF. They didn’t bend, they didn’t break, they didn’t bow, they fought like lions. In them, I see the strength of David HaMelech, I see the spirit of Moshe Rabbeinu. Some wore Kippot and Tzitzit and some didn’t. They came from all over Israel, from different families and different backgrounds – but they all came together to fight. If you want to know why Indians and Asians more broadly will continue to dominate in countries like Australia, you only need to watch these two fragile ethnonationalists lament their inability to outcompete the ambition and intellectual determination of Asian migrants. Their solution is to prefer immigration of people who would otherwise commit crimes because, according to them, they are of lower ambition and intellectual capacity so as not to challenge them. The overall "intellectual" conversation celebrates the ease with which they have been able to get moderate Australians to join them in being racist towards Indians, because, by far, according to them, it's the easiest target group for racism.
