You don’t need another supplement, your spice rack might be holding the fix. Cayenne isn’t just for flavor. It jumpstarts digestion, boosts circulation, and helps calm inflammation in your gut. Sprinkle it into meals or teas, especially if you struggle with sluggish digestion or bloat.

Great

If you are lectin free, try MACA. ACTUALLY, all should put 1 tsp in their morning coffee... what an amazing dopamine booter. Nutmeg, too. (translation: ridiculous motivation & productivity❣️❣️❣️)

Cayenne pepper is such a powerhouse!

NICEEE

That's not all it does! It's a lectin which binds with carbs. And if u happen to have leaky gut syndrome the lectin bundled with sugar will be picked up by the insulin and taken to a muscle disposal . So what? You might be thinking. Well, when that lectin is driven into the muscle cell your immune system will label that cell as Foreign. Eczema, fungal infections in toes, fingers ,groin will be the result. And I'm not even going to address the possible issues with regards to oxalate poisoning.
