Zero calories doesn’t mean zero impact. Most of these “fitness drinks” are just soda in disguise. Still sweet and addictive, but branded to be guilt-free. Just drink water. Add squeezed citrus like lemon if you want flavor, but avoid fake sweeteners.

Celcius has 200 mg of Synthetic caffeine. Be very careful to not drink more than one cup and do not drink any coffee the day you take celcius. It also have sweetener in it.

Horse shit. I drink 1-2 a day and am maintaining a hyper low calorie intake with high protein. I'm in the best shape of my life and my brain function is as good as it's ever been. If Celsius makes you eat more, you just have shit willpower.
