NASA ARTEMIS II MISSION UPDATE: DAY 7 The crew and the Orion spacecraft are approximately 57,157 km (35,518 mi) from the Moon. They are also about 380,631 km (236,512 mi) from Earth and are traveling at around 2,029 km/h (1,261 mph). The mission is currently 62.3% completed. Yesterday was a very big day for the mission as this culminated in the Lunar Flyby, which included the closest approach to the Moon at a distance of 4,067 km (6,545 mi), occurring at 11:02 UTC (MET+5/00:25). Following this, a record was set for the furthest distance humans had ever traveled from Earth, at a distance of 406,771 km (252,756 mi), which occurred at 23:02 UTC (MET+5/00:27). The crew also witnessed an Earthrise and solar eclipse during this time, before the lunar observation period concluded. Moving on to today's expected events, first up we have the crew wakeup, which is expected to occur at 15:35 UTC (MET+5/17:00). Following this, Orion will exit the lunar sphere of influence, which is expected to occur at 17:25 UTC (MET+5/18:50). Ramazan – Day 6 🤍 Something has changed in the house. The same children who once counted every minute to iftaari… “Ammi, how much longer?” “Ammi, I’m hungry…” “Can I just drink water?” Are now quiet. Steady. Composed. Filza is 11. Ozil is 9. This is their third Ramazan. I still remember their first Roza… one tiny fast that felt like climbing a mountain. So many questions. So much restlessness. So much drama before Maghrib. And today? They fast like pros. Less irritation. More sabr. Less complaining. More understanding. Less “I want.” More “It’s okay.” In this fast-paced digital world, where everything is instant, where patience is rare, where even adults struggle with discipline.. I am watching sabr slowly become their best friend. Roza is not just about hunger. It is about self-control. It is about empathy. It is about strengthening the soul quietly. Alhamdulillah for this journey. Alhamdulillah for growth. Alhamdulillah for sabr. May we all carry this discipline beyond Ramazan. 🌙✨

Goa Trip – Day 1 Lotus Sutra Beach Resort, Arambol (Review) - 4 Star Property I wanted my wife to experience the extreme North side of Goa - a vibe that’s completely different from Baga, Calangute or South Goa. Since I had explored this side earlier, I knew exactly where to stay, Lotus Sutra Beach Resort at Arambol. And trust me, the vibe hit differently. ✨ I booked their Partial Sea-Facing Hut, and the highlight of this property is simple: 👉 You open your room door, walk 100 meters and you’re standing on Arambol Beach. A true beach-touch property. Insanely accessible. The place is super green, peaceful, and perfect if you want that slow, relaxed North Goa energy. The swimming pool is nice, the ambience is chill, and everything around is walkable. ✔ Arambol Flea Market – 500 meters ✔ Arambol Sweet Lake – walking distance ✔ Beach shacks all around ✔ Perfect spot for sunset lovers We thoroughly Enjoyed our stay here and it was very relaxed day. If you want to explore the boho and artistic side of Goa, this stay is ideal. ⭐ My Ratings Hut: 6/10 Location: 9/10 Amenities: 8/10 Food: 6/10 (But you have options to eat at other Shakes nearby) 😇Redemption - This stay was fully redeemed using Scapia Points that I had accumulated through referrals. 🔥 Final Verdict If you want a beach property with a relaxed vibe, easy access, and the real Arambol feel - Lotus Sutra is a great pick for 1–2 nights. Perfect for couples who want to explore North Goa beyond the mainstream crowd.

Signed arguably Leeds best player in Gray Signed arguably West Hams best player in Kudus A reject right back for us, playing reguarly for West Ham in KWP who is still one of our own, helping to save their club and would probably start ahead of Porro for us A Manager we sacked after 12 weeks in Nuno because he wasnt good enough leading West Ham to safety Tried to sign Nottingham Forests best player in MGW but messed up by approaching illegally One of the best stadiums in World football which could almost fit the entire capacities of Forest and Leeds stadium combined into ours alone Years and years and years of calling for Levys head for him to then finally leave Gifting West Ham their first win in 10 weeks of Premier League football Losing 6-0 to Nottingham Forest on aggregate this season Losing multiple players to reocurring serious injuries through misdiagnosis and rushing them back with almost every injury requiring surgical repair Our then Manager coming out at the start of the season saying Tottenham will 💯 lose games, but Arsenal wont £13m net spend in January to save the club from a financially catastrophic relegation. The fans could see the red flags of relegation, but Vivienne, Lange and Vinai couldnt Not getting a single penalty all season An entire squad of failing relegation players somehow still being selected for their national sides and playing brilliant whilst away on duty The Sporting Director we'd have rathe kept in Paratici, leaving instead of the other Sporting Director we all despise in Lange We are living and breathing witnessing the worst season in the entire history of Tottenham Hotspur as a football club. I do not understand how weve had the worst luck and the most jarring situations happen this season and what it is that we as fans have done to deserve this. Its as though weve sold our souls by winning the Europa League and now the clubs being banished to the fiery pits of hell to be incinerated into oblivion If we didnt have the injuries and had everyone fit and available, we probably finish top 8 with complete ease I wish the season ended tomorrow and we just get it over and done with and see where we play the rigged fixture against Lincoln on the opening day of the Championship season, home or away

This morning, The Princess of Wales was in London to attend The Future Workforce Summit bringing together the UK’s most influential business leaders to drive further action and investment in the early years🥰 She was greeted by Sir Gareth Southgate among the other leaders present and she delivered an address to her audience of Business leaders and the remark centered around "Love". I loved these sections of her speech greatly redacted by journalist Antonello Guerrera: "My passion and the work of The Centre for Early Childhood stems from one essential truth; that the love we feel in our earliest years fundamentally shapes who we become and how we thrive as adults."👌🏽 "Love is the first and most essential bond.
