In a time when emotions run high and some people think protest means anything-goes, it's refreshing (and honestly wise) to hear a major-city chief calmly remind everyone that laws still apply and vehicle-as-weapon tactics cross straight into life-threatening territory. Common sense + rule of law = exactly what he delivered. Respect.
