I'll be impressed when they're farming, doing house chores, building infrastructure, helping the elderly, etc. The movement is impressive but the last thing we need is moon walking robots right now.

Torque Without Elastic Recoil When it leans into diagonal poses, you can see:    •   Hip torque initiated    •   Arm extended But there is no visible elastic recoil through: pelvis → rib → scapula → arm. It moves as articulated segments, not as a continuous force field. That’s why it can hit the shapes, but it does not look “alive.” ⸻ 4. Extremity Weight and Control Demand Heavy extremities increase: • Moment arm length • Rotational inertia • Energy cost per correction Humans compensate with: micro adjustments through fascia and breath. This machine must compensate with: motor torque + algorithmic correction. That’s expensive energetically.

Another 'robot puppet show.' The choreography is neat, but it’s still just pre-programmed scripts. Feels more like investor bait than an actual functional android. Cool performance, but we’re nowhere near real autonomy yet
