@DrAseemMalhotra So why did the doctors put me on statins 😩😩 because I had normal cholesterol but the higher one was the bad Cholesterol 😂😂.. because either the science or the money cow is soooo wrong or both 😤

Here's a very strange thought. How about 3 square meals a day. No snacks or perhaps an apple orange and such. Don't eat after 6. Stay away from sugary products, sodas etc.

Its like saying we should take out cortisol because people who arse stressed have elevated levels. The cortisol is literally there to help protect you from stress.

Since working with you and Devin, Gary, my cholesterol numbers have dropped from the 200's to low 100's. All the markers in the right direction. Thank you @thegarybrecka !
