Start with 2 big handfuls of lettuce (roughly 2.5 cups) Add 6 slices of each: ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, tomato slices Add 1/4 cup of pepperoncini and red onions and start chopping Once it gets a good rough chop, add in 1/4-1/3 cup mayo, 2/3 Tbsp olive oil and red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning and salt/ pepper to taste Continue chopping until everything is mixed well and chopped to your preference Scoop it into a sub roll and enjoy!
