It’s the changing of language in real time. Trying to soften the blow of things they want to promote, this is just one example. Another is calling ped*philes, “minor attracted persons”. Or they do the opposite with things they don’t like. Example J6, insurrectionists, every left wing occupation of a Capitol building across the country is just a protest.

We do not want to do anything to encourage more illegal immigration into this country. We know now that too many people come in for medical care as it is.
