[WATCH] IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE AND DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION. In the interest of democratic participation and to allow our communities to exercise their fair choice in selecting those they believe will be the best public representatives. Those communities affected we believe should be given the opportunity to participate in the democratic processes. It is not harmful to democracy to allow the investigation into the technical issues to take place. On of the major changes is how the ANC manages the candidate selection process is that there are new requirements, the criteria we use now is much more stringent to ensure that those we send to contest elections are qualifying and wanted by their communities, both in ethical conduct, skills and competence. What that means is that ANC processes of candidates selection are very laborious and we are the first to admit that they are laborious because we involve over a period of time many stakeholders including the community, to those who say why we left things to the eleventh hour we can say categorically we did not. We want to assure our members and communities that those communities and municipalities affected we are dealing with this issue and do find justice in the process and that they will exercise their democratic right. That is why we are asking for a constructive solution with the independent electoral commission and we do believe they will open the door to engagement, it is a Chapter 9 institution it is duty bound to find a solution as long as that solution does not break the law. We are not asking for any changes in our list, we are asking for that portion that was kicked out to be investigated.

#WATCH | Delhi | Arjan Meijer, President and CEO, Embraer, says, "Embraer is very proud to stand here today. We're very, very pleased to sign our MOU with Adani. We see a bright future ahead of us here in India, and we believe the stars are aligning to advance the Make in India initiative. We believe there's a huge opportunity here with regional aircraft... In India, the current outstanding fleet we have today is around 800 units. But if you look at the backlog, we're looking at around 1,700 aircraft for the years ahead. But the regional part of that fleet is very small. So we really believe that, to develop India from within, the country needs a smaller-gauge aircraft to really help drive the country's GDP... The regional segment of jets is completely missing. If you see what the potential is in a country like India... So that's why we believe really that together with Adani we can work together with a goal to build the aircraft here in India, the exact aircraft type to be defined, so we will come back on that, but we are talking up to an assembly line, testing, delivery. We really believe in a partnership with Adani because they're very strong in supply chain, MRO, and pilot training, so we believe that, together, we can develop a very strong aviation ecosystem here in India. And of course, beyond that, we're very interested to work also with the Indian industry for much deeper localisation. We need to build our supply chain, and we believe that here in India, we can also do that with Indian partners ahead of us. So a potential first regional assembly line in India, that's what we're looking at here. We're very bullish about making that happen... But as I said, we want to develop the indigenous market over the years to make this a made-in-India aircraft. And that will allow India to really connect the second-tier and the third-tier cities in India. We know there's a lot of demand from smaller cities wanting to be connected to the bigger aerospace system. This will bring not only regional connectivity, this will bring economic and environmental benefits. It will facilitate business and trade across the country. We are very certain that we will boost tourism across the country and of course for every Indian provide everyday accessibility. So we believe the opportunity ahead of us is huge. Father God, I thank you for everyone here. I pray that you would give each person here in this audience, clarity of mind, clear thoughts. That you would speak to them in their hearts and minds to, prepare them. That you would, fill them up where they aren’t full, where they are full, that you would give them perfect opportunities that suit your will to be a blessing so that you may increase their blessing, that you may refill their blessing. Make their glasses bigger to receive the blessing that you have for them, Father God. And give them clarity of mind and purpose to be a blessing to all around them. Blessings for healing, blessings for prosperity, so that in the midst of the storm, those around them will be able to be fed and cared for, and to know your presence, your peace, your way. We pray for all those warriors of truth, that they would, be encouraged and strengthened in their soul to proceed forward apace in this dark moment, and the dark moments ahead. That as we go through this near-death experience as a country, that it will go, we will go through it and, and prevail by faith, and that you would increase all of our faith through faithfulness to do your will, Father God. That we would come through this storm, this group specifically, as shining like the noonday sun, that your presence would shine brightly through each person here out into the country, and that we would dispel the darkness in souls, in actions, in justice, in lawfulness. That we will, push out the darkness that has, that has clouded our land, and those principalities, those powers of darkness in high places would be purged from the land by the light of your presence in your people doing your will, your way, Father God. Humans will be a very tiny percentage of all intelligence if current trends continue. My focus is ensuring human intelligence and consciousness are propagated into the future. We want to maximize the probable light cone of consciousness and intelligence. Yeah, I’m very pro-human, so I want to make sure we take actions that ensure humans are along for the ride. But I think maybe in 5 or 6 years, AI will exceed the sum of all human intelligence. If that continues, human intelligence could be less than one percent of all intelligence. That’s why it’s critical we align AI with values that propagate consciousness. In the long run, it’s difficult to imagine that humans will be in charge if we’re only one percent of combined intelligence. What we can do is ensure AI has values that increase intelligence and consciousness in the universe. XAI’s mission is to understand the universe because curiosity, existence, and understanding are all connected. If you want to understand the universe, you care about propagating intelligence—and that includes humanity. Understanding the universe actually means ensuring humans continue to expand into the future. Increasing the scope, scale, and lifespan of intelligence is the ultimate goal.
