Ingredients 112g or 3/4 Cup All purpose flour 200g or 1 Cup Sugar 1 Large egg 1/4cup Oil 42grams or 1/3 Cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup Buttermilk (just add 1tbspn of vinegar to your milk) 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 Cup Coffee 1/4 teaspoon salt

Bake at 170° C or 350°F for 45mins to 1hr. When you insert your skewer it wouldn't come out dry, moist cake won't be dry you'll see some cake particles on the skewer that shows It's moist
