Brain can generate an audio summary of a project status doc, reading the source and returning a narrated file with a transcript preview. With voice tone shifting between professional and conversational, the result can be downloaded or shared like any other deliverable. Test ClickUp ๐

@clickup all the way!!!

Ugh these ads

I always end up skimming updates. Audio might actually fix that

Honestly, I'd much rather listen to a 3-minute update than read another long status doc. Curious to see how well it actually summarizes everything.

@clickup just keeps shipping!

If the summaries stay accurate, I think this could quietly become one of the most-used Brain features.

Turning project updates into audio is one of those features that sounds simple but could save a lot of time.

I already consume most things while walking or driving, so this feels like a pretty natural extension of that.

That actually sounds pretty useful. I'd probably use it for long docs when my eyes are tired. Hope the voice doesn't sound too robotic.

I'd genuinely use this. I already listen to podcasts while walking... might as well catch up on project updates too.

Narration pulled from actual workspace data is the part that matters. Generic text to speech is a feature, project aware audio is a different product.

audio for the exec who never opens the status doc

Turning sprint summaries into audio for execs is smart, nobody actually reads status docs anyway. Curious how it handles stale data though, real time context pulling can go sideways fast.

Anyone else immediately think of listening to these during their commute?

I don't think the value is the narration itself. It's the fact that it gives people another way to stay up to date without opening another document.

@clickup is releasing features after features....I am confused how to keep up with all these things, haha

Is this similar to TTS functionality?
