I think you have to be very careful when you say that some people don't have to be vaccinated. You have vaccines that work. Just pure and simple they work. They're not controversial at all. She then scoffs at them wanting pardons and suggests Dems won't go after them: "We might have to get used to the fact that he may never pay for the things he's done.
