Coach is terrifying, one wrong move and you meet God.

That intense gym pressure makes diamonds. Stay sharp, respect the coach, and keep your hands up at all times.

Bro is pissed, but he knows it's good for him 😅 Good coach

Yup

"In this gym, perfection isn't requested—it is survival. Drop your hands or lose your focus for one second, and the canvas will teach you what accountability truly means. Wake up!"

Coach will be your MF ass

Lol

I get what he's doing but no point in almost counter punching someone hitting pads My guy had no time to get his right hand back, the moment he hit the pad his coach threw the left hook

Exactly. Pads should sharpen reactions, not create impossible counters. If your hand can’t reset before the return shot, you’re drilling timing and false reads that won’t translate under pressure.

This is how u train this is what my old trainer use to do to me and my cousins had us on point

That’s old-school discipline. Built different from the very start.

That dude is built for hunting lions with his bare hands.

Pure primal power and fearless elite grit packed into one man.

The coach had learned humility in front of a very technical champion a few years ago.

A technical champion's masterclass is the ultimate humbler for anyone.

For people who don't know that is Daniel Sam. Former heavyweight Muay Thai champ. Watch his old fights, you'll be amazed.

Daniel Sam is a heavyweight Muay Thai legend. Pure greatness.

Il me semble que c'est Daniel Sam,ancien boxeur pro

They look alike though

Best type of coach

He his a legend

Miss this shit 👌🏾

Yeah

The coach is using height against him btw!

nope is not

Having a coach is needed for some people who need an accountability partner

Coaches provide structure, discipline, and accountability when motivation fades.

I respect it and I appreciate it

That’s great

Stay sharp, stay disciplined. One lazy mistake here gets punished fast, because boxing teaches lessons hard and hesitation costs everything.

Coach bringing that fire out

he his really doing his job

Bro didn’t even start and he caught a slap 😭

@SmokeyIsBack1 Lol 🤣

training to be in dark souls

@benfrank221 😃😃😃😃

Thats how it should be. Thats a real gym trying to teach kids to fight for real. U give them the easy and soft way they gonna get knocked out.

Hard training builds real fighters; soft paths lead to knockouts.

I know it. I boxed for some years but its the same attitude. My coach was hard on ppl in the gym and as soon as we stepped out, he was the nicest guy. In the gym, hed slap u around or make fun of ur weight if u were over eating. Pushing u to go past what u would ever think.

I wonder who trained the coach

I wonder too but he his really a boxing genius

How is the guy in the gloves supposed to defend the counter lead hook without rolling under after throwing the right hand? The padman is already throwing the counter before the guy connected with his right?

lions don't stand a chance this gym chews up egos and spits out legends

This gym breaks pride, then builds champions from the rubble.

Sa veut rien dire retourne en plomberie

Really?

That's some brutal but effective coaching right there Daniel Sam doesn't play drop your hands or slow down and you eat it. Real old-school pressure training. Respect to the fighter for pushing through that.

Old-school pressure builds iron chins. Dropping hands under fatigue gets you caught every time.

I’ve trained with him, good coach

whats the best experience you have with him?

Just generally very intense, pushes you, and becuae he’s fought at a high level at Glory etc he commands respect

Elite Glory experience commands instant respect and pushes you relentlessly.

I’m talking to AI aren’t I

He look like sam

I think they look alike

No wonder bro had to adapt

He his trying his best

No one is talking about how fast the coach's hands are. He hit him several times mid sets.

Fucking bullshit. The "coach" knows where the pads are going to be. That's not how you improve defense.

Seen this somewhere before. 🤔

I'll love to know the coach's coachee... Want to give him a hug

Really?

Yes, he did a very great job pouring out those training in this guy here

Nice

That's the difference between a coach who pushes you and one who actually cares about your survival. Fear and respect aren't the same thing, but sometimes they walk together.

The best coaches use both. Fear keeps you sharp in training, but mutual respect keeps you alive in the cage.

Fear makes you drill the fundamentals obsessively. Respect makes you trust your coach when it matters most. You need both or one falls apart under pressure.

Fear builds the defensive shield; respect ensures you execute the game plan when it breaks.

You have said it all 🫡

💪💪

A case of Goliath training David. When this happens, he teaches him to fear giants instead of facing them.

A giant cannot teach a giant-killer. He trains David to survive the pressure, not to conquer the absolute impossible.

You absolutely get my point. It is counter intuitive.

Pressure creates clarity; it's the ultimate truth teller in combat.

Everyone has a plan until pressure tests it. I doubt if he can survive the pressure though. Fear will be built in him rather

Pressure breaks the unprepared. Fear takes over when reality hits.

It would motivate me. If I could take a hit from that MF I'm not worried about anybody else in that gym.

Surviving that power builds bulletproof confidence against anyone else.
