For the last two weeks I've been working on a Computer Use skill to work with Linux. And while I had some success, it was a pretty frustrating experience. That is...until the breakthrough. I just built an entire app in 7 minutes using Codex Spark. EveryMCP: a universal MCP server installer that configures 15+ coding agents from a single CLI command. 12 Codex Spark subagents. All running in parallel. At the same time. The project itself isn't complicated, but just imagine what this looks like when you scale the complexity. My setup: • Codex 5.3 High to plan • Codex 5.3 Medium to orchestrate • 12 Codex Spark agents (xhigh) to implement in one shot Spark isn't competing with the big models. It's a different tool entirely. You orchestrate it. You run it in swarms. And it moves at a speed that wasn't possible before, even for the top 1% of AI coders. More complex workflows coming soon. This is actually cool - I tried the same prompt for the new Interactive Playwright skill in Codex & GPT-5.4 xHigh - the one above is with the skill and the one below is without. What the skill does is uses the computer use capability of GPT-5.4 to look and navigate the UI. This never worked for me before, but with GPT-5.4 this is the first time I can actually see a massive difference. You can see how the first scene is much more coherent, higher fidelity and complete. The one below is missing a lot of elements and isn't as rich in detail. I'll keep using it for any UI work now.

Update: Fable 5 is a MONSTER. It turned my game into a full 3D Mario 64 style game in ONE prompt. So far I've spent $200 of tokens and it feels like I'll have a fully releasable game for mobile with about $500 in credits. This is the most fun I've had with AI so far.

Shotblock is a 3D shot-planning tool for AI filmmakers — real lens math, actor blocking, 180 ° rule warnings, animatics, storyboard + prompt export. built and shipped a tool in my spare time over the past few days using Cursor Composer: YouTube Link ---> Podcast Summary (with my voice) You can take any youtube link, no matter how long the video... and turn it into a video summary podcast hosted by ME and . I built this using the vibx API I will adding the ability to use your own custom voices very soon if you are subscribed. We are building @yapthread to test features before adding them into the main app. Which will soon send you daily digests of your voice notes and bookmarks in podcast format, but we are trying to get the technology and prompting right first. This will help with testing.

I built an AI Factory that uses Claude Code agents to build apps while I sleep. This is an automated "assembly line" pipeline, all run by Claude Opus 4.5. Projects move through a Kanban-like system from Idea to Research, Architecture, Coding and Testing. Factory workers start with market research, searching the web and social media. Then they validate everything, checking app stores for competition and securing a domain name. (All automated by APIs and MCPs) They automatically create several rounds of app UI revisions. When I wake up, there are projects waiting for me to review: approve this design, give feedback, send that one back for improvement. Projects are actively coded and tested by the agents, while the entire process is tracked and logged (with "worker documents" that travel each step of the way, like a real factory.)

Possibly the biggest change in Microsoft Teams history? Teams without the Teams? Public preview in November to desktop, mobile, iOS, and Android. Here is what you need to know: 🟣 Microsoft is introducing a new combined chat and channels experience. Meaning chat and teams/channels will show up under the "Chat" sidebar icon. No more dedicated Teams sidebar button. 🟣 Teams and Channels will have their own section in chat. 🟣 Group your chats and/or channels however best works for you with favourites and custom sections (up to 50 sections and 50 items per section) 🟣 “Unread,” “Chat,” “Channels,” “Meetings,” and “Muted” Filters 🟣 New message can initiate a new chat or new channel post 🟣 New Mention view gathers all your mentions into a single interactive list. 🟣 At launch, a self-service, guided onboarding will help users discover the new experience and configure it to their preferences (on or off) 🟣 Users who prefer to keep chat and channels separate can easily do so during the onboarding process or at any time later. So far, it looks like there are no IT/tenant-level override controls. This experience change is targeted at getting more users using teams/channels. Most Teams users live in "chats", not teams/channels. There will undoubtedly be some pushback from users who use teams/channels well and like having the mental separation of teams/channels vs chats. I've been fortunate to be using it for a while, and I'm personally a big fan; my use of the correct channels has gone way up, and now I can find them all in one place in the app, particularly on mobile.
