Cold calling is a completely different problem than email or LinkedIn. Email is a tech problem. But calling is a people one, and the people quit. We've had SDRs start on day one, make calls, and tell us that same day they don't want to do it anymore.

This is the part most outbound playbooks underestimate. You can optimize the tech stack endlessly, but you can't automate away the emotional resistance of getting rejected live.
