Command palette coming to Ghostty, implemented with native UI of course. macOS initially but GTK will follow and be part of the same tagged release, since there's already a mostly complete open PR. Almost all keybinding actions available, will be able to customize entries too.

Ghostty on macOS now also has native GUI for showing progress bars reported by OSC 9;4. This is, as far as I know, the first macOS terminal to support this (will be part of Ghostty 1.2, coming soon. Available now in tip releases). Esc sequence and script in quoted post.

Ghostty on macOS now copies multiple formats into the clipboard. If you paste into rich text apps now, it'll preserve formatting! If you paste plain text, that'll work too. I think Ghostty may be the only macOS terminal other than the built-in to do this. Coming soon to GTK.

Claude Mobile starts the idea... Ghostty finishes it I basically use Claude Mobile as a notepad now. Whenever something comes to mind, I open the app, pick a repo, and ask Claude to start exploring. Then I just let it run while I go on with my day. Later I jump into Claude Desktop and I’m right back in the same session, with context, structure, and a clearer shape of the idea. I tweak a few things to set up the coding phase. Finally, one click to Ghostty (video), open a couple of worktrees, and start working on the PR. IMPORTANT: when you move to Ghostty, it must be the exact same repo you started on mobile, otherwise the --teleport command will fail

mattn Thanks, I've implemented essentially this using our internal TUI framework. Just shipped a new release. `amp update` will get it. Let me know if this works for you. (I used the Pinyin IME I'm familiar with on macOS in Ghostty, but I hope the technique will work in general.)
