This customer will be trespassed, disconnected from the One New Zealand network, and never be allowed back. It’s not a decision that we take lightly, but although we love our customers, the health and safety of our teams is always our No.1 priority. So as we head into a stressful Xmas period, please remember to give the people that are trying to help you across any industry, your respect - not your aggression. Take care.
