𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: I've seen models trained on 200 high-quality demonstrations outperform models trained on 20,000 sloppy ones. Consistently. What makes a demonstration "high-quality"? - Smooth, deliberate motions (not rushed or hesitant) - Consistent task execution strategy across demos - Clear success/failure outcomes with proper labeling - Representative of actual deployment conditions - Performed by skilled demonstrators who understand the task What kills demonstration quality: - Human fatigue after 50+ consecutive demos - Time pressure ("let's just get this data collected") - Inconsistent demonstrators with different techniques - Collecting in unrealistic lab conditions - No real-time feedback on demonstration quality Unlike computer vision where you can throw away bad images easily, 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. President Trump truthed one of Nick Adams Memes from back in February and I quote... America has been sick for a long time. President Trump is healing this nation. Check out some of his other posts to get an understanding of how Godly this man is. Who is Nick Adams? Nick Adams is an Australian-born American conservative author, speaker, and Trump appointee. He is a naturalized U.S. citizen, Stage IV cancer survivor, and founder of FLAG USA a nonprofit that has distributed millions of pocket Constitutions and founding documents to students to teach American civics, patriotism, and the nation’s Judeo-Christian heritage. He is a devout Christian who openly speaks about his faith in Jesus Christ, promotes “Make America Godly Again,” and frames his work around God-centered values, family, and freedom. About the post: On February 4, 2026, Nick Adams posted this striking image with the caption: “America has been sick for a long time. President Trump is healing this nation.” It is symbolic, patriotic artwork, not a literal religious statement. The image uses powerful visual elements to show America (represented as a sick man) being restored under President Trump’s leadership after years of division and decline, in the eyes of many supporters. President Trump later shared a similar version on Truth Social, which is why it’s circulating again. People are reading all kinds of wild meanings into it because of the biblical-style imagery (Trump in white robes with a healing touch, light, eagles, soldiers, etc.). In context, it is simply strong admiration for Trump’s impact on the country not claiming he is Jesus or performing miracles. Nick Adams is a Godly man who loves America and consistently points people toward faith, the Constitution, and traditional values. This post reflects his deep belief that strong, principled leadership is helping restore the nation. Many have accused Pope Leo XIV of blasphemy mainly over what they see as inconsistent emphasis when he speaks on abortion alongside immigration enforcement, with the minority directly labeling the Pope’s stance blasphemous for allegedly insulting God’s order or the sanctity of life in inconsistent application. Context matters. Share thoughtfully. Nick Adams 📱 Nick Adams Capt Kyle

I was surprised and intrigued while watching Chelsea's performance against Fulham yesterday by Alonso's tactical choice. Specifically, I'm referring to his willingness to try and control the game without the ball - another detail that I pointed out during the live analysis. I've been thinking about it today and have come to find more logical reasoning (especially point 4 of advantages) in Alonso's decision. I still hold the same reservations but it is an interesting trade-off. Let's start with the cons of trying to defensively control the game. Risks: 1. Lack of influence on how the game is dictated. 2. 5-2-3 passive structure prevents easy transitions into man-man press and regularly force turnovers. 3. Collectively, Chelsea seemed to struggle a bit with the structure since the team isn't yet used to defending deep in a zonal system, which wasn't used by Maresca often. So, the players aren't used to it. 4. Susceptibility to conceding long balls, which Chelsea, sometimes, looked uncomfortable when trying to deal with it. 5. More territory for opposition closer to Chelsea's goal and attempt shots against an inconsistent goalkeeper. Advantages: 1. Energy conservation during the game. 2. Opportunities to attack on transitions against players who are not elite large-space defenders. 3. Protection for Chelsea's midfielders as they do not have to consistently defend large spaces. 4. Potential transferability of this defensive system across seasons. As in, if we employ intense out-of-possession tactics this campaign with fewer games, Alonso would need to alter the system next season, assuming we qualify for Europe. This way, we can already begin practicing a potential long-term solution. I want to highlight this as the most beneficial takeaway. I find Alonso's comments quite fascinating with him suggesting the need to be "comfortable without the ball", and mentioning how he wants the team to decide which spaces to defend and when. The latter is especially interesting. I think it will take time as many of these players are used to controlling games with the ball. So, I expect there to be a period where we make individual and collective errors due to poor defensive decision-making before it gets ironed out.

I hereby continue with my campaign and here is day 4 of trying to convince Manchester City to sign Anis Hadj Moussa. Now, let's talk about him (informal scouting report), a player I have been hyping for days and who, I believe provides us the perfect balance of instant impact and upside potential. According to what I have seen, he profiles as an explosive, direct attacker with elite one-versus-one dribbling ability and a strong goalscoring threat from wide areas. His game is built around carrying the ball into dangerous positions, cutting inside onto his stronger left foot, and either shooting or creating chances for teammates. Does that sound familiar to my fellow City fans? Playing Style and Tactical Role: - Functions best as a right-sided inside forward in possession-based systems that allow him freedom to drift infield and attack spaces between the lines. - When receiving the ball in the final third, his first instincts are typically to drive forward with dribbles or look for shooting opportunities. - One thing to note is that his progressive carrying is exceptional, ranking in the 93rd percentile among comparable wingers, which makes him an effective ball-progressor from wide areas. - While primarily a goal threat, he also ranks above average for progressive passes and dangerous passes, indicating he can link play and provide for teammates, though this remains a secondary skill compared to his dribbling and shooting. Let's discuss his strengths: 1. 1v1 Dribbling: - Possesses elite ball control and the ability to beat defenders in tight spaces. - His unpredictable changes of pace and direction make him extremely difficult to mark in isolation. - Ranks in the 84th percentile for successful take-ons and consistently completes dribbles at a high rate. 2. Progressive Ball Carrying: - His capacity to drive forward with the ball and break defensive lines is among his standout attributes. - Ranking in the 93rd percentile for progressive carries, he consistently advances play from wide areas into the final third. 3. Final Third Threat: - Ranks in the 96th percentile for touches in the attacking penalty area and the 89th percentile for non-penalty goals per 90 minutes. 4. Set-Piece Delivery: - Offers additional creative value through accurate corner and free-kick delivery, adding another dimension to his attacking contribution. 5. Chance Creation: - He ranks in the 96th percentile for chances created, highlighting his ability to generate scoring opportunities for teammates in addition to his own goal threat. Now, the weaknesses. 1. Defensive Work Rate: - His defensive contributions rank in the 7th percentile, indicating limited involvement in tracking back, pressing, and defensive positioning. - His defensive numbers are generally below average, though his defensive duel success rate remains solid. This is an area with significant room for improvement and Maresca would have to work a lot with him on that aspect. 2. Aerial Duels: - He ranks in the 34th percentile for aerial duels won, limiting his effectiveness both offensively and defensively in aerial situations. 3. Pass Completion and Build-up Involvement: - His pass completion rate ranks in the 21st percentile at approximately 67.9 percent, reflecting inconsistency in build-up play. - This is partly a symptom of his direct attacking style, which prioritizes forward carries and shots over safe circulation, but it can limit his effectiveness in systems requiring high possession retention. An area of massive improvement. 4. Tactical Discipline - Still developing his off-ball movement and understanding of defensive shape. - His positioning when not in possession can be inconsistent, and he occasionally loses track of overlapping fullbacks. Elite coaching can help improve this aspect. My honest opinion (executive summary): Moussa is a high-upside, left-footed right winger (which is what we need) with elite one-versus-one dribbling, exceptional progressive carrying, and a proven goalscoring threat from wide areas. He is ideally suited to possession-based systems that value direct attacking play (vertical patterns) and can benefit from his ability to break down low-block defenses (should I talk further about low-blocks to a City fan, eh?) I believe that his primary areas for development lie in defensive work rate, pass completion in build-up phases, and tactical discipline when out of possession, however, he would be an amazing addition to our squad.

How to ACTUALLY reach 500 points on Arc without getting stuck or confused 👇 A lot of people complain: "Bro I watched all videos/articles already but not getting points anymore" 😭 The problem is most users consume everything randomly in one day without tracking anything. Here’s the easiest method that helped many users 👇 1️⃣ Don’t watch content randomly Every day, new videos/articles get published on arc. So first: – Open 2 tabs/windows – Tab 1 = Arc Home page – Tab 2 = Contribution page (where you see points for videos/articles) Now on the Contribution page: – Click the 3 dots/menu – Find the “Find/Search in page” option 👀 Then: – Copy one video/article title from Home page – Search it inside Contribution page Now you’ll understand: – which content already gave points – which one DIDN’T give points yet If no points were received before for that content, then watching it now can still reward points 🤝 This is the main trick most people miss. 2️⃣ Watch content in an organized way Start either: – from oldest content OR – newest content But stay consistent. Every day: – Watch around 4 videos – Read around 5 articles ⚠️ Don’t randomly open 20 videos together. After watching: – wait around 5–10 mins – points usually get added quickly If no points appear: that content probably won’t reward anymore → move to next one. Also remember: – which article/video you ended on today – continue from there tomorrow Mobile users can also use multiple tabs/windows same as PC 👀 Honestly, if you stay consistent with only videos + articles, 500+ points becomes very achievable. And don’t forget livestreams: many web livestreams give around 20 points each 🤝 3️⃣ Timing matters A LOT This is another huge mistake people make 👇 Most users: – watch today at random time – then watch tomorrow at another random time Result? No points 😭 Arc content rewards usually need a FULL 24h reset. Example: If you watched today at 6PM, then tomorrow start again around: 6:10PM – 6:15PM Don’t rush before 24h fully passes. And again: – only do around 4 videos + 5 articles daily – once points are added, stop there Watching too many extra videos usually doesn’t help. 4️⃣ Discord Application Tips (VERY IMPORTANT) Most people get rejected because their answers don’t match each other 😭 Example: Question 2: "What are you?" – You select “Content Creator” Then Question 3: "How will you help Arc?" – You answer “Building apps” See the problem? 👀 Your answers should CONNECT with each other. If you choose: – Content creator → talk about guides, videos, education, helping users. If you choose: – Builder → talk about products, apps, tools, etc. Usually 4–5 questions are connected together. If your answers feel random or inconsistent, rejection chance becomes very high. My suggestion 👇 – Reach 500 points first – Then apply carefully – Stay active in Discord – Join livestreams – Help community members on discord – Keep contributing & building consistently That’s honestly the best way to grow inside the ecosystem, and slowly get recognition for Tier badges & other community roles/badges too 💙 If you helped, please do like, repost & sahre you your frns🥰
