Consultants begin a 48hour strike this morning with junior doctors starting their own separate industrial action tomorrow. Health service leaders said NHS patients this week are at the highest level of risk in living memory.

Can you ask @stephenbarclay can we have minimum service levels for NON strike days where we have a properly staffed NHS that's also well resourced? Also can we have a minimum service level from the government which aims to solve issues rather than make them worse?
