If a vehicle had been approaching from the other side, it could have resulted in a deadly head-on collision, this kind of driving isn’t just careless it’s life-threatening. This happened on 20th April around 12:10 pm on Turuvekere Road. The KSRTC driver tried to overtake a car nearing a curve. This is really a huge concern for safety of passengers and others on the road. This could have ended really worse if the car didn't hit the brakes at the right time. And thankfully there were no other vehicles behind car as well otherwise that could have ended horribly too. Bus number is : KA11F0520 Number plate image in the below post 👇🏼KSRTC

This video is a perfect example of why Ontario has a law compelling drivers to move over for emergency vehicles and tow trucks. On January 2nd, shortly before 11:30am, #OttawaOPP were on scene of a collision on #Hwy417 near Bayshore when a vehicle collided with a tow truck! The vehicle drove past two cruisers, on the shoulder, and struck the tow truck. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. The driver now faces a $490 fine and three demerit points. If you see an emergency vehicle or tow truck with their lights on, slow down and move over. #OttTraffic ^mf

🚗 Another Vehicle Dumped on Our Streets Following the successful removal of the Renault truck, we now have another vehicle that appears to have been dumped, this time at the junction of Coleshill Road and Ventnor Avenue. The vehicle is visibly damaged and has been left in a position that is causing an obstruction close to the junction. While England does not yet have the same widespread pavement parking restrictions seen in London or Scotland, parking that causes an obstruction or creates a danger to other road users is a separate matter. As your local councillor, I will be reporting this vehicle to the local police so that appropriate action can be taken. If you are the owner of this vehicle, I strongly urge you to remove it immediately before enforcement action is considered. Our streets are not a dumping ground for abandoned or damaged vehicles. Thank you to the residents who continue to report these issues to me.

DO NOT overtake where you might come into conflict with other road users. For example, approaching or at a road junction (HC167). The Caddy driver knew this but the Panels Direct van driver had to learn this the hard way. Take a few seconds to save a lot hassle.
