Have athletes perform them body weight first for sets of 8-10. A easy way to practice these weekly, is to just include BW reps in your warm up. Overtime, athletes will get better and will load them up.

In general, I really enjoy awards season every year, but this year, knowing that Jennifer Lawrence could have been there and didn’t make it, I feel like I hate it all and don’t want to watch absolutely anything related to the Oscars and all this s*hit. It’s the first year of my life that I don’t plan on watching any ceremony. This is my little strike for leaving this queen out.
