A new way of working. And a scary one at that. Memory Store is one of a group of new kinds of AI-first companies that can turn you into a Fast Company. I’m using several of them on my desktop and they are a dramatically new way to work. It builds a memory for: 1. Your AI agents. 2. Any employee using it. 3. The company itself. I sit down with founder Diwank Singh Tomer, Diwank Singh Tomer, who both freaks me out as well as shows how AI can radically help workers as well as managers. First, why does it freak me out? Well, his AI watches nearly everything a worker does and keeps a “memory” of it. It watches your email. Your calendar. Your Slack. And a whole lot of other things. This can really freak out workers if “forced” on them. And leads to a whole new set of security issues companies need to consider before adopting these things. Such data about a company could give a competitor a HUGE advantage, if leaked. They would know how a company “thinks.” It really is a surveillance system for employees and the company itself. OK, now why would anyone ever use such a thing? Because it gives employees super powers. It makes them more productive. Shows workers a lot of things about themselves, and helps them work and stay on task. It also gives the company super powers. Institutional memory stays with the AI now, even if an employee dies or leaves. As companies move to “AI First” approaches, they will increasingly see the value in companies like Memory Store. It prepares employees for meetings. It helps them remember things. It shows them what they should be working on, and helps them do it. Memory Store builds a memory for: 1. Your agents. 2. Your company. 3. Yourself, or any employee on it. This helps all three work better together. Diwank Singh Tomer and I go in depth about what it does and how deeply it improves working at a company that deploys it. But to get the ultimate benefits you gotta convince your coworkers to use it. And your managers to approve it. Which means you have to get over your fears and get everyone you work with over theirs too. Which will be the challenge for Diwank. Luckily for him his first customers are raving about how good it is and how much his platform helped their companies. Increases sales. Makes teams more productive. Decreases errors and unnecessary costs. Which tells me everyone soon will be using systems like this. This is what the new way of working looks like. Once I got over my fears it sure is an amazing way to work. Will you try working this way?

More footage of the first documented cougar family in Minnesota in the past century. Volume up for the full experience. More to come soon! Our goal is to learn as much as we can about these cougars in the coming months. But we could really use some help covering costs associated with this research. For instance, we collected 9 scats at this kill and they are on their way to a lab for genetic analysis to try to get individual genetics and determine what western population the mom and dad originated from. Genetic samples cost ~$55-70 per sample, depending on the type and quality of the sample. Your support helps us cover costs like this, and gives us the ability and resources to study these individuals, and any others out there we might learn of. By donating at the link below, you directly support this research. Plus, the support helps us have the capacity to send in any samples we collect in the coming months.Once we have results, we will share with everyone! Notably, we also analyze the genetic samples from every adult wolf we collar, pup we tag, or dead wolf we come across. That work has been supported ENTIRELY by folks donating to our project, and the results have provided a wealth of information on wolf pack and population dynamics. And this work will only continue if generous folks continue to support our work. E.g., a $70 donation ensures we can get the genetics of a wolf. So please donate to our annual fundraiser to support our research, help us cover these costs, and keep this research going! Donate here:

(pics, videos, gifs!) ✨- NETWORK. MAKE FRIENDS. Likes, comments, and sharing eachother's posts! It helps a ton!!! ✨- Avoid using trigger words. You can Google which words to avoid! ✨- For the love of goodness sake, don't use links. It sucks, but just don't. 🥹 ✨- Stick to a brand on your profile! Doesn't have to be extremely specific, but say if you bounce from cute animals, to politics, to depression, to IRL stuff, to art, and it's all over the place--- It's REALLY hard to find your traget audience. For me my brand is vtubing/art! Work WITH the algorithm, not against! ✨- MAKE A DISCORD SERVER and use pings for posts/updates! You can create a role people can choose to have. The more interactions you get when first posting something, the more reach it gets. ✨- If you use this site as a form of income, via promoting streams, art, ect; Get blue. It sucks, but just get Twitter blue or else you're kinda boned in a lot of cases. ^^; I only advise getting blue if you use this site to get income in some way, shape, or form. ✨- Avoid tagging or excessive hashtags when possible. 1-2 hashtags won't kill you, but the algorithm does consider is spam after a certain point. ✨- This is a personal prefrence, take it with a grain of salt. Everyone has a rough day, that's okay! But if you constantly post about sad/depressing things, often people will mute it as it affects other's mental health too. Confide in a close friend rather than post about it in most cases. It unfortunately really harms your reach and the algorithm is less likely to push it. I FINALLY started to grow the second I dropped my self-loathing posts. If you struggle, please seek real help, Twitter is not the space. ; ; It does more harm than good, genuine advice. I'm sorry if this comes off mean. ✨- Find out when your audience is most active, what your peak times are for best engagement. For me it's 9am CST-11pm CST. Anything after 11pm usually doesn't do as good since most of my audience work, go to school, and don't stay up super late most of the times!!! 。゚•┈┈┈┈꒰ა ♡ ໒꒱┈┈┈┈• 。゚ If you have any questions you're always free to ask! If you see me doing something, you're always free to do similar if you want to test traction/reach! I participate in a lot of trends as trends help a ton, they're trendy for a reason! Dear friends, I turn 43 today. Thank you for all your warm wishes on this day. I took a leave from hospital today to be with family and unwind. I started doing this every birthday after a near fatal crash in 2021 (at a time when I was wholly married to my work) and everything changed since then. I decided to smell the flowers, and touch the grass, but also do quality work as a professional. Yes work life balance is possible. It is not a myth. As a clinical doctor sub-specialist, there are many things I changed for the better. I stopped being a workaholic. I found that seeing 20 patients a day with utmost dedication and care was far more satisfying than seeing 100 quickly. It also helped me improve my patients lives. I learned to prescribe less, listen more, treat when needed and advice lifestyle changes. It is now more than 3 years since I have touched alcohol. So that I can authoritatively treat my patients and advice them with what is right. I stopped meeting medical pharma representatives and accepting to go for every medical conference and sponsored meeting. This actually improved my clinical knowledge because I started to improve myself, on my own. I read more... I became that student I once was. I became my most important competition. Everyday I try to be a better doctor for my patients - by following science and evidence and updating myself. I started to love myself, because of which I started to take care of myself. From finding time for daily work outs (not to develop a 6-pack, but to be physically active to improve overall health), keeping aside time to unwind, and saying no to additional work and over indulging in commitments - because of which, I found time to feed my passions - music, book writing and movies. My first book (non-fiction) is now in proof-reading (hopefully will be out next year). And I started working on my new book projects. Bound India (Bound) and Tara Khandelwal will be representing my future literary works. At some point in the future, I want to write so much more (not like these days when I have to burn midnight oil to get through a chapter after an exhausting day at work). I stopped believing in publish or perish. This is a myth. Academic life is important. I am still active in it - but I choose my battles wisely. I do not get anxious or depressed if I cannot publish medical papers consistently. I decided to publish medical papers if I find them worthy of spending time, money and effort on. This gave me the option of indulging in public health research projects (like Citizens Protein Project) and spend more time with MESH ( This was far more satisfying that wasting money to publish medical science that only catered to my peer-circles and not the public. Today, I had a good breakfast with my wife, and we decided to get inked (my fourth and fifth tattoos), got some choux pastry instead of traditional 'cake cutting' and worked more on my new book (a semi-autobiographical medical college memoir). I thank you all for the great support and love in here... and I hope I can do more for my patients, their family, my family and the public at large... as long as I can. ...and thanks also to my trolls and loud but irrelevant critics in whose minds I live rent free.

The most underrated exercise on the planet is the Bar Hang. But 99% of people don't even do them. Here are 4 powerful reasons to do bar hangs every day: 1. They improve your posture Don't want to look like a croissant? Bar hangs help strengthen & mobilize your upper body. They also provide a constant stretch on the shoulders, back arms & lats. This helps reverse upper body posture defects that come from sitting for too long. 2. They improve your strength Your weight is supported first by the grip of your hand. A good grip improves your performance across all exercises like the pull-up, rows, deadlifts...pretty much any activity requiring a grip. 3. They build stronger shoulders Bar hangs can improve mobility, and strengthen the shoulders & lats while reducing shoulder pain. They stretch the brachial muscles while strengthening the supraspinatus tendon, which is responsible for shoulder strength & endurance. 4. They may help you live longer Grip strength can be a biomarker for your inner age & determines your mobility & strength as you get older. In some studies, decreased grip strength is associated with accelerated biological age. There are 2 ways to do bar hangs: The first is a passive hang (video) Take an overhand grip. Let shoulders & lats relax. Your body should sink with your shoulders touching your ears. Hang there with feet slightly forward, core braced & let your weight passively stretch your shoulders, lats, & back. The second is an active hang. Start in a passive hang. Retract your shoulder blades down and away from your ears. Stop retracting when your ears reach your elbows. Hold for as long as you can. This puts more emphasis on the muscles in your shoulders and back. If you're a beginner aim for 10 seconds to start. Work your way up to one minute and eventually 2 minutes at a time. As long as you're not sore you can do these daily. If you can't hang from a bar you can step on a box at first to help support your weight. Another way is to attach a resistance band to the bar putting while putting your feet on it. Bar hangs are one of the most underrated exercises on the planet especially if you work at a desk. Add these to your daily workouts and experience the benefits.

Hi everyone, I’ve started a new donation campaign to provide more engineering equipment to Ukrainian defenders. Please take a moment to read why this is so important and how you can help by donating and sharing this post. Also, please watch the video of our equipment at work Here’s one story to show the impact of your support: My friends in the 92nd Brigade have been collecting and recycling unexploded Russian ordnance, it's dangerous and exhausting work. They manually load aviation bombs onto pickup trucks, which is slow and labor-intensive, especially with limited manpower. Despite these challenges, their work benefits not just their brigade but many others, as you may have seen in Ukrainian Telegram channels. A few months ago, they asked for help, a rare request, but one they truly needed. They needed a truck with a crane to safely collect and recycle unexploded ordnance. Thanks to your donations, we were able to provide that truck. It’s been in service for a month now, eliminating bottlenecks, improving safety, and increasing productivity with fewer people. The impact has been incredible, reaching far beyond the 92nd Brigade. On the video you can see this truck collecting 3 aviation bombs with containing half a ton of explosives. This success is entirely thanks to supporters like you. Your contributions make all of this possible. However, my ability to fundraise has slowed because of the time required to plan, deliver, and maintain this equipment. The fundraiser is currently stuck, but new requests keep coming in. Here’s how you can help: ✅Repost this post and quote it if possible. ✅Like the post. ✅Leave a comment. These small actions will make a big difference in reaching more people. Finally, we need your donations now more than ever. As Ukraine approaches potential negotiations, it’s vital to improve conditions on the ground. Please donate via PayPal, your contributions are tax-deductible through Liberty Ukraine Foundation 🇺🇸🇺🇦. Donation link: Thank you for your continued support!

There are ENDLESS things to do with land. Nature is beautiful but nature also has a way of hiding even more beautiful things (via overgrowth). Once you own land, the work never stops. Here are the top 5 things I do: 1) Explore it - even small pieces (5-50 acres) can take months of walking it to find all the cool things it has to offer. 2) Maintain it - sure, you could pay someone to clear brush, grade a washed out dirt road, haul gravel (and I’ve surely done that some), but you won’t get a better sense of fulfillment than by doing a lot of the work yourself. There is something about a good day of hard manual labor that gives you a sense of accomplishment. It’s almost like you’re tapping into what your ancestors did in order to just survive. 3) Hike it - Especially true on hilly or mountainous land, I’ll get up each morning and walk DOWN the mountain and then back up. That gives the most hardcore gym in the world a run for its money. 4) Clean it - As I mentioned at the start, beautiful things that naturally occur can hide even more beautiful things via overgrowth. In the Smoky Mtns, large formations of grandiose slate rock get hidden by various trees/brush over the years. Cleaning all that 15-20 yr small overgrowth of pine or oak to reveal the really cool blueish slate rock formations that have been there for millions of years is extremely fulfilling. It’s like you discover a Van Gogh painting in an old attic. The dust, dirt that collected on it “naturally occurred” from it just sitting there, but wiping it off reveals something extremely majestic. 5) Meditate - when you explore your land, you’ll naturally just find your favorite spots to sit and pray/ponder/meditate. I’ve found a few spots on my acreage overlooking some insane views of the mountain range and I’ll just sit on a rock for hours watching red tail hawks screech as they fly by, watching eagles fly over my head and just think “Man, this is what life is all about, how could have have been so foolish chasing so many other unfulfilling things for so many decades”. (Video is from yesterday of my buddy Jimmy and me clearing out some small pines that were hiding some amazing rock formations)

Sayonara 2024!! I know I’m a little late buttt… man, that one really flew by! I did a lot last year that I’m proud of. I released 4 songs independently that I love (Tripped, Raw, HTWWY & Down🥰), I filmed 3 music videos (2 of my own, the other with Remi Wolf who is a queen), I was on the cover of Marie Claire’s music issue (say whaaaat?! 🎵♥️), I got to sing Big Girls Don’t Cry on the Kelly Clarkson show 🥹 (honored) , I made new friends, I traveled ! I went to the Cannes film festival for the first time which has always been a dream of mine. I went to PFW for the first time!! (Unreal experience 😍) I dressed up,I dressed down. I spent time with my amazing fam. I wrote more music which I can’t wait to share with you all. I had a brand new movie come out (Depravity🩸) and gave a performance I’m proud of. I laughed, I cried. I loved,I lost. I danced more than ever. I sang my heart out. I stepped out of my comfort zone. I met a lot of really amazing people & had some incredible experiences. And most importantly, I ate A LOT of really good food. ✨ And above all else my friends, I TRIED. I didn’t always live up to my own expectations & things didn’t always work out the way I wanted to. But I TRIED, and I’m proud of myself for that. You should be too 🫂 Here’s to more of that in the new year!! Happy 2025 my friends, thank you for coming along for the ride. And thank you as always for your support & love. Beyond beyond grateful🙏🏼 Can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us all. Whatever it is, I know we can handle it 💪🏼Let’s make this year our bitch!!!! ✨ With LOVE, Vic 💋

Introducing The Godfather... (LinkedIn Edition) It sounds ridiculous but posting on LinkedIn changed my life. When I first started, I was a bit lost. My first startup had just failed and I didn't know what to do next. In the past 18 months, it has unlocked more opportunities than anything I've done in my career. I've hit ~400k followers, bootstrapped a SaaS biz to >$500k ARR and made a ton in brand partnerships. It has been a FORCE multiplier for me and I want nothing more than to help others to get the same opportunities. That's why I built Saywhat. Here's how it works: 1/ Sign up and when you login you'll immediately see your first post (based on your target audience) 2/ Our AI writing assistant helps shape your ideas into posts that people actually read 3/ Get feedback from both our AI and our 600+ strong community (drop your posts in our Roast My Post channel) 4/ Join our monthly live sessions where I create posts live and share what's working right now Plus you get access to our full library of post frameworks, carousel/infographic templates, and a community of people who get it. (Because building a content-led business is brutal...) The results so far are pretty good: - Median user sees 130% more impressions in 90 days - Average user gets an 800% increase - Some users have gone from 0 to 100k+ followers Despite what the haters say, it is still early on LinkedIn. It's a 3-year-old social network living inside a 23-year-old company. The opportunity is massive: - 1 BN+ professionals in one place - Less than 1% post consistently - Even fewer do it well If you've read this far, I have a thank you gift for you 👇 I created a LinkedIn starter pack that includes: - 90 mins of video content - How to define your brand positioning - Content frameworks that actually work - The exact system I used to grow to 395k+ followers and close $500k in ARR Comment "Saywhat" and retweet and I'll send you a link to the free pack. P.S. A massive thank you to Henry Hayes for being a phenomenal collaborator on this video. Your facial expressions made it 10x better! 🙌 P.P.S. if you're a company with >$10m ARR looking for more hands on help to win on LinkedIn, send me a DM

Cloud GPU training is a scam. A single M4 MacBook does 2.9 TFLOPS. Seven friends with MacBooks match an NVIDIA A100. Alexander Hayes just open-sourced a tool that makes this work over Wi-Fi. It's called AirTrain. Here's how it works: Traditional distributed training (DDP) syncs gradients after every single step. For a 124M parameter model, that's ~500MB exchanged per step. You need 50 GB/s of sustained bandwidth. Impossible over Wi-Fi. AirTrain uses the DiLoCo algorithm. Each Mac trains independently for 500 steps, then syncs only the difference. One sync per 500 steps instead of one per step. 500x less network communication. Wi-Fi actually works. The entire sync takes ~2 seconds. Here's what makes it wild: → Zero-config discovery. Devices find each other automatically via mDNS/Bonjour. Same protocol as AirDrop. → Fault tolerant. Nodes can join and leave mid-training without killing the run. → Checkpoint relay. Train for a few hours, export a checkpoint, hand it off to someone else to continue. Like a relay race for ML training. → Built on Apple's MLX framework. Native to M1/M2/M3/M4/M5 unified memory. No host-to-device copy overhead. → Local dashboard. Real-time loss curves, peer monitoring, throughput metrics in your browser. Here's the wildest part: An M4 Max with 128GB unified memory can train a 70B parameter model without offloading. An NVIDIA RTX 4090 has 24GB VRAM. Apple Silicon gets ~245-460 GFLOPS per watt. Training on MacBooks costs almost nothing in electricity compared to cloud GPUs. And there are hundreds of millions of Apple Silicon Macs in the world. The math: Traditional DDP: 1 sync per step = 50 GB/s required AirTrain (DiLoCo): 1 sync per 500 steps = 0.1 GB/s required Wi-Fi handles 0.1 GB/s. That's it. That's the breakthrough. They even built a community platform at with live session browsing, checkpoint sharing, and a contributor leaderboard. Training a 124M parameter GPT-2? Instead of renting cloud GPUs at $3/hr, pool three MacBooks in a coffee shop and train for free. MIT licensed. Built in Python. 1 contributor. Early stage but the idea is insane. 100% Open Source. I'm teaching a new course! AI Python for Beginners is a series of four short courses that teach anyone to code, regardless of current technical skill. We are offering these courses free for a limited time. Generative AI is transforming coding. This course teaches coding in a way that’s aligned with where the field is going, rather than where it has been: (1) AI as a Coding Companion. Experienced coders are using AI to help write snippets of code, debug code, and the like. We embrace this approach and describe best-practices for coding with a chatbot. Throughout the course, you'll have access to an AI chatbot that will be your own coding companion that can assist you every step of the way as you code. (2) Learning by Building AI Applications. You'll write code that interacts with large language models to quickly create fun applications to customize poems, write recipes, and manage a to-do list. This hands-on approach helps you see how writing code that calls on powerful AI models will make you more effective in your work and personal projects. With this approach, beginning programmers can learn to do useful things with code far faster than they could have even a year ago. Knowing a little bit of coding is increasingly helping people in job roles other than software engineers. For example, I've seen a marketing professional write code to download web pages and use generative AI to derive insights; a reporter write code to flag important stories; and an investor automate the initial drafts of contracts. With this course you’ll be equipped to automate repetitive tasks, analyze data more efficiently, and leverage AI to enhance your productivity. If you are already an experienced developer, please help me spread the word and encourage your non-developer friends to learn a little bit of coding. I hope you'll check out the first two short courses here!

Eng Trans : 🦆🐰 Interview FULL (1) KNP VIVO FRIENDS TOUR #vivoV70FExKengNamping 🦆 Hello. 🎤 P’Keng, your hair’s gotten long, huh? 🦆 Yeah, I’m about to go get it cut… 🐰 (playfully runs off in another direction) 🦆 Heyyy! (laughs, runs to grab #nampingster ) 🐰 (laughs) Hellooo~ 🎤 I thought you were going to run away. 🦆 No, no running away~ 🎤 Ready? 🐰 Yes~ 🎤 Hello, our presenter… 🦆 (strikes a pose immediately) 🎤 Wow, I didn’t even finish talking! (laughs) You don’t even need to say what role you’re here as. 🦆 Oh really? You can already tell? 🎤 Oh but actually, I don’t even know. Why are you here today? 🦆 I’m here to see my intern. 🐰🎤 Wowww~ 🦆 I’m here to recruit more interns. (looks at Namping) 🐰 Can I apply? 🦆 You’re already in my company. 🐰 Oh come on~ 🎤 So what kind of intern does #KengHarit want? 🦆 For Keng’s intern? First, he has to be hardworking. Hardworking, kind, and honest, that’s enough, I’ll hire him. 🎤 You’d hire the intern just like that? 🦆 Yep. 🎤 Does he has to be cute? 🦆 Being cute helps, it boosts… work performance. 🐰 (acts cute) 🐰 Performance. 🦆 Whether you’re skilled or not is fine, I can teach you. 🐰 What about performance? Is that required? 🦆 Performance has to be good, for boosting energy. 🐰 What kind of performance? Like cover dance, singing, or TikTok dancing? 🦆 Something like… if P' is working, signing documents, Nong has to cheer me on, like a cheerleader. 🎤 Can you do that? Can you cheer him on? 🐰 (immediately strikes a pose and starts cheering dance) 🎤 Do you need a chant too? Like what should you say? 🦆 (starts a cheer chant) 🦆 🐰 , ready! 🐰 Ready! 🦆 3-4! 🦆 (continues the chant) 🐰 (does cheerleader moves) 🦆 That’s all I can sing. (laughs) 🐰 That’s it?? 🎤 As a presenter, how do you feel? 🦆 As a Friend of Vivo, I feel really happy. Thank you so much to Vivo. I’ve actually been working with them for a while, the team is lovely, everyone is great to work with, and they really respect us. 🦆 Most importantly, today we’re here with the new vivo V70FE that just launched. 🎤 What’s good about it? 🦆 Well, you have to try it yourself to really know. 🐰 (laughs) Oh ~ 🦆 You need to try it first but I’ll tell you the features. 🎤 As a real user? 🦆 As a real user, I can say the camera is super sharp, it’s 200 megapixels. You can crop photos and they’re still very detailed. And importantly, it has a 7000 mAh battery with fast charging. 🎤 The body looks beautiful. 🐰 The body is beautiful. This one is Mist Purple, perfect for people who like soft, sweet, pastel purple tones. 🐰 What about yours, P’Keng? 🦆 Mine is Urban Silver. 🐰 Overall, if you’re looking for a phone with a nice design, great specs, and a reasonable price, this is the one. 🐰 Just the 200MP camera alone is already worth it. A lot of people use it when following artists or going to concerts, you don’t have to sit close or buy the most expensive seats, but you’ll still get clear photos and videos as memories. 🐰 Vivo is definitely a top choice for many fans and I’m really happy about that. 🎤 So should we bring it to DMD Land concerts? 🐰 Definitely. 🦆 Of course, you can capture everyone clearly. 🐰 Even if you’re sitting way up high, you can still see everything.

Multiple Indian companies are saying it's really easy to get work in New Zealand Now that I've started looking for these promotional videos by Indian companies, I've found way too many, which is really concerning. Why has National, Labour, and ACT "sold us out" by signing the India-NZ FTA that will make it even easier? It's already way too easy. With the example below, you'll see that nearly anyone can get in. Here's a quick example: "If your age is between 18 and 55 then you can work here" "The cost of this visa is between 18,000 to 20,000 which is $325 New Zealand Dollars" "You can earn from 2 to 3.5 lakh rupees per month [$6,571 NZD p/m]" This will be the last example I post. It was posted yesterday and specifically targets low-skilled jobs that were typically taken by our Pacific neighbors, students, those who can't find full-time employment, etc. Here's the translation to about two thirds of the way through - the rest was repetitive so I didn't include it: TRANSLATION: "So guys New Zealand's seasonal visa has started. If you want to work on New Zealand's seasonal visa for a year, in this video i will guide you step by step how you can get New Zealand's seasonal visa. What are the requirements of the documents? How much is the cost of the visa? What is the process time and what is the age limit? You will get all the details in this video so keep watching the video till the end. So basically, you can do apple picking on seasonal visa in which you can earn from 2 to 3.5 lakh rupees per month [$6,571 NZD p/m] and you can also do your fruit picking job as a Cherry Picker, Grab Picker, Pack House Worker, Orchard Worker, Pruning Worker, Farm Worker, Meat Processing, etc. If your age is between 18 and 55 then you can work here. "Close to 100% of the features we build end up being used by a significant number of people." —Eilon Reshef, co-founder and CPO of Gong To make this happen, every product team at Gong works with 6-12 design partners on every new feature and product idea. As a result, unlike what most companies experience, almost everything they build ends up being widely adopted. In my conversation with Eilon, we dig into: 🔸 How specifically Gong's teams work with design partners 🔸 Lessons learned from being early in AI 🔸 Gong's early super-narrow ICP 🔸 Why you should make big decisions quickly 🔸 His “spiral method” for learning complex topics fast 🔸 How and why Eilon encourages radical autonomy 🔸 More Listen now 👇 • YouTube: • Spotify: • Apple: Thank you to our wonderful sponsors for supporting the podcast: 🏆 WorkOS — Modern identity platform for B2B SaaS, free up to 1 million MAUs: 🏆 Vanta — Automate compliance. Simplify security: 🏆 Think Fast, Talk Smart: The Podcast — Tools and techniques to help you communicate more effectively: Some key takeaways: 1. At Gong, product teams are organized into autonomous “pods,” each consisting of a product manager, UX designer, a few engineers (front-end and back-end), and fractional roles like analysts and writers. Each pod is assigned a clear job-to-be-done, such as improving sales engagement or forecasting accuracy, and takes full ownership of the product development process. Whether it’s improving sales engagement or forecasting accuracy, each pod runs with full ownership. This is how you get teams to move fast and stay aligned. 2. Gong’s pods don’t just build in isolation—they partner with 12 to 20 design partners (existing customers) who give feedback every step of the way. This constant validation keeps the product on track, with about 95% of features actually getting used. 3. If you want more autonomy and speed, you’ve got to trust your team and give them the freedom to experiment. This means that as a leader, you need to step back, give up some visibility, and accept that you’ll make a few mistakes. The tradeoff is worth it—higher velocity, better morale, and more impactful products. 4. To quickly learn a complex topic, use the “spiral method.” Start by speaking with one expert, then ask for recommendations on who else to talk to. Continue having conversations, gradually deepening your understanding. As you hear the same patterns and insights from multiple sources, you’ll know you’ve reached a sufficient depth to make informed decisions. This iterative approach helps you gather knowledge without aiming for perfection right away. 5. When starting out, extreme focus on a specific customer profile can drive faster success. Gong, for example, initially targeted U.S. companies selling software valued between $1,000 to $100,000 via Webex, narrowing their potential customer base to just 5,000 people. This laser focus enabled quicker product-market fit, word-of-mouth growth, a clear product direction, and easier customer acquisition, demonstrating the power of precision in the early stages. 6. When faced with a 51/49 decision, make it quickly. The more time you spend deliberating, the more energy you waste without improving the decision quality. This approach doesn’t work for massive, one-way decisions like expanding to a new market or acquiring a company, but for most day-to-day decisions, don’t wait until everything’s perfect. Commit, move forward, and adjust as you go.

Live2D 5.4 Alpha Texture Atlas placement has been significantly improved! This feature might make manual Texture Atlas placement unnecessary in the future! For Live2D modelers, arranging Texture Atlases is a required part of the workflow, so this time-saving improvement feels revolutionary. Generating the atlas still takes some time, but the result is beyond impressive. I'd say it's worth using the alpha version for the Texture Atlas feature alone. ✨ Since this is currently an alpha release, it will likely only be available for a limited time. Please keep in mind that some new features may produce models that VTube Studio cannot load yet, so be sure to use only the features that are compatible with your workflow. Also, because this is an alpha build, bugs are still possible. I wouldn't recommend using it for production work unless necessary. For me, I'll definitely be using the alpha whenever I need to generate a Texture Atlas.

No secrets. After the Leadville 100 record, maybe being an open book about my experience can help us understand a bit more about what humans can do in ultras. If I’m running 15:26, there is someone out there right now who will run sub-14:45, and people who couldn’t dream of 100 miles who will achieve a transcendent finish. Here’s a no-secrets rundown: Training: I stacked aerobic bricks for 18 years, and it took those years of hard work for some commentators who haven’t been following on Strava to view me as an overnight success. This one is for the brick-stackers. Other training elements: lower volume for ultra, fast hill strides 3-4 times per week at end of runs (including day before race), uphill treadmill 20% for 10-15 min after most runs (not on Strava), big uphill TM threshold and Z2 sessions, building bike fitness via Zwift racing and outside Z2, steady/moderate running after speed/hill workouts (inspired by Mike Smith at NAU), downhill vert consolidated in final few weeks to harness the repeated bout effect, long runs with tempo Recovery: Vega protein shakes (aiming for 100+ g protein daily), tons of food, stretching, Roll Recovery, hot tub 3-5x per week for blood volume (including race week) Strength: Mountain Legs routine, squats (2 x 10 at 135lb) 2x per week, back extensions, “Core Snack” 2x per day Supplements: AG1 (yeah, I said it 😂), First Endurance Multi-V 2x per week (single gene variant carrier for Hemochromatosis = some iron, but not too much), Momentous Ashwagandha and Omega 3s, Turmeric, post exercise Ketone IQ 3-5 times per week, sodium bicarb 12.5 before hard workouts (all NSF Safe For Sport) Fueling: 90-120 g/hr high carb on hard efforts (up to 150 on Zwift races) + caffeine, Precision 1000 tabs in all bottles, sometimes lower carb on easy training. Some Tylenol for race—please don’t do this, just want to truly have no secrets (search GlobalDRO for all medications) Gear: double belt with Janji built-in belt liner + Naked belt to carry all calories/liquid without pack, Adidas ASU supershoes, Coros Arm Band HR, inadequate lubrication (don’t ask), Chappel Roan playing in head (so hot to go) All questions welcome 🧡 THANK YOU ALL!

Mo’Nique and her husband, Sidney Hicks, wrote the following open letter to Tyler Perry on IG in response to his Angie Stone funeral speech and share recordings of Tyler Perry admitting he was wrong for calling Mo’Nique difficult. "We would like to give our heartfelt condolences to Angie Stones family, and friends. Sister Angie we stand on the shoulders of the elders and ancestors like you, so please know that your fight inspired us to write this letter, and that the fight doesn’t end with your passing, as it is only beginning. Dear Tyler Perry , I recently watched your heartfelt speech at Angie Stone’s funeral, where you expressed frustration over her mistreatment by the music industry. It struck me, and my husband Sidney, as poignant, but also made us reflect on some unsettling discrepancies in your actions towards me. 1 You expressed anger over Angie’s mistreatment. Yet, you labeled me “difficult to work with,” despite never having worked with me. How can you condemn poor treatment of others when you’ve imposed the same on me? We have audio of you admitting you were wrong. 2 You asked, “Where’s the money she’s owed?” Well, where’s my public apology that you promised in 2016? The false narrative you perpetuated helped blackball me, costing me tens of millions. Where’s the restitution for that? 3 You mentioned being “tired” of us not receiving the benefits we deserve. Yet, you asked me to promote Precious for free, without a contract or compensation, which highlights your double standard. 4 You said we should be careful in how we treat “children of God.” As a man of faith, where is your responsibility to act with love and truth? You promised me an apology years ago, but it’s yet to come. Unlike the music industry, which you rightly criticized, we have audio documentation of your actions. Shouldn’t you be held accountable too? In closing, I hope your words at Angie’s funeral inspire you to correct the wrongs done to my family and me. You have the power to do so. As you’ve shared biblical teachings, please remember: “What will it profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul” (Mark 8:36). We await your response. With love and respect, Mo’Nique & Sidney" (Via: therealmoworldwide/Instagram)
