I know this road. For everyone wondering the motorcycle driver was in the right. Blue is Uber car, red is motorcycle. The white car turning right in front of the motorcycle is breaking a law because that is a “no turn on red” lane Uber broke law stopping in intersection.

He was attempting to split the cars. If you watch closely he was steering his bike toward the grey car before the door opened. This happened due to his impatience, not staying more in the middle of his lane and following the car that made the right turn in front of him.
