The parked Creta driver opens the door without doing a shoulder check and the biker didn't maintain a 3 foot gap from the parked cars and got hit ! This created a rear end for the dashcam car ! Good that they're at slow speeds but as there's no safe gap between vehicles,a rear end was inevitable.
