Technically it isn't a cover, it's just a rap with the SMB1 ground theme as an instrumental in some parts. 'Do the Mario' is more like a "video game song WITH LYRICS"

If you showed "do the mario", I would agree. But this... almost didn't uses the original melody for the lyrics.
