Contextual delete confirmation, prototyped in Figma Why this matters? Traditional delete modals often break the flow. They interrupt the user's context by pulling them into a separate layer just to confirm an action. On top of that, these modal typically lack a clear visual or spatial association with the element being deleted. The positioning feels arbitrary—detached from the target item—which can create hesitation or uncertainty for the user. To solve these issues, I designed a contextual delete confirmation that appears directly beneath the target element. We just discovered the 🔥 COOLEST 🔥 trick in Flow that we have to share: Instead of wordsmithing the perfect prompt, you can just... draw it. Take the image of your scene, doodle what you'd like on it (through any editing app), and then briefly describe what needs to happen (e.g. "changes happen instantly"). Using Frames to Video, Flow will understand the drawings and incorporate them into the final video. Try it and show us what you find!
