Creta Electric has predictable range which means no range anxiety. A near perfect car 70:30 use If passive safety box is ticked, it becomes a perfect EV for a common buyer as a family car with nothing jazzy but all practicality & fine performance. Tata Sierra EV has set a benchmark in standard safety & features kit, battery packs, build and practicality as a package. But couple of variants in 15-18L segment would have made customers go bonkers. Looks like Tata has a monthly production limitation of making 10-12K Sierra’s and trying to strike a balance with NA, Turbo Petrol, Diesel and EV. A spacesaver spare wheel should have been provided in an otherwise a near perfect family EV.

At 10.66L ex-showroom Tata Punch CNG AMT is slightly expensive tbh but it still offers a unique package if your running is above 1000 km in City Strengths - Assured Safety under 70 kmph, Top Convenience Features, Suspension and Network Shortcomings - Average Engine & Transmission experience. Lacks the practicality of C1 segment car. Punch EV 40 kWh Smart Plus in the same cost is a far better package for 70-30 (city & highways) use.

Tata Harrier EV has won the design poll on our forums with a fair margin and as a product with Rs 21.49 lakh (65 kWh), Rs 24.99 lakh (75 kWh) Rs 28.99 (All Wheel Drive and 75 kWh) It has redefined value for money and has set the competition worried. Mahindra EVs are still competitive especially XEV 9e but cars like their own Curvv EV, Creta EV and ZS EV look expensive if you consider size and battery packs. With a bar raised so high, it’s always good for the customer with more competitive choices.

Owning an EV as your only car might come with some headaches in Ludhiana, considering the power situation here and certain warranty clauses. I plugged the Creta EV in for charging this evening, but the power went out immediately due to the weather. Now that it’s back, the voltage is fluctuating across all phases, so it looks like I’ll have to charge it tomorrow once everything is fully stable again. This is one of the top RERA & GLADA approved colonies on Southern Bypass. Excellent technology, but the infrastructure still has a long way to go.

I lived with a Chinese EV for a few weeks to see if the hype is real. The car costs $42K, and turns out it feels like $75K+ EASILY One of the most impressive things I've ever reviewed: - A+ software and features. Feels like what would happen if Apple made a car - Build quality is excellent all the way around. And materials (leathers, metals, etc) are all premium - It crushes all the fundamentals to make it livable: 320 miles range, super comfortable seats, excellent air suspension, active noise cancellation, great displays and cameras, bright clear HUD, Self driving - It has a MODULAR interior design (detailed in the video) - Performance is sneaky great. This is just the "SU7 Max" spec, but 660 horsepower 0-60 in 2.8 seconds? Sheesh

When profit is valued over human life, it becomes a deadly business model for which we must demand real consequences! No other family should suffer such preventable loss!

Waymo is being marketed as a “Green environmentally friendly” because they are “all-electric, zero-emission vehicles” But take a look at this, the entire fleet here in Austin Texas is being charged with Diesel generators…. Just another scam Here’s something even more crazy, I looked it up and found that charging electric vehicles like this with diesel generators is actually WORSE for the environment than if you were to just buy and drive a gas powered vehicle So this means not only is it a scam, but it’s worse for the environment than just driving a normal car

This 320i has near perfect weight distribution. Analogue, direct and completely connected to the driver. Simple, driver-focused cockpit with supportive seats. Build quality is high for the period, though plastics and electrics can degrade after 30 to 40 years. You don’t need huge numbers to enjoy it. The driving feel does the work. That is why this car has gone up in price as well because over the years its got tougher to find one.
