My biggest gripe when it comes to pro wrestling is when people are playing pro wrestler, when it feels like they are playing a character. It bothers me. John Cena doesn't act, feel, look like a bad guy, and so for me, it feels inauthentic. It feels forced. When you don't explain two months later the partnership with the Rock and the union with Travis Scott, it feels flat.

🚨 MOUSE UPDATE 🚨 My new settings for mouse input that make the game feel the best it can feel imo. Most people that had similar issues as me are on legacy, so if you are on relative it might not work for you, but its night and day difference for me. No mouse smoothing or filtering unless it feels good to you still, but this feels better. documents>cod>players>optionscod23> raw input "false" instead of 'true'

Talked to Trae in some nuance about the "good quests" idea. He broke it down into a 2x2 matrix (because why not) of is good / is bad vs. feels good / feels bad. Is good feel good is obvious, is bad feels bad is obvious. The other two quadrants are what's interesting. "Feels bad is good" is where duty and responsibility live...things like defending the country, maintaining law and order, disciplining children, etc. "Feel good is bad" is where vice lives...hedonism, more or less. Defining these quadrants and understanding what companies might end up where is tricky, but feels particularly important right now with AI.

The biggest mistake I see people make when they start carnivore is the same mistake I made. Trying to do everything perfectly from day one. That is not a plan. That is a setup for failure. Here is what actually works. Stop trying to be perfect and start adding in the good things. More meat. More eggs. More real food. That is it. Something really cool happens when you do that. The more good things you add in, the less room there is for the things you are trying to crowd out. You are not white knuckling it. You are not depriving yourself. You are just filling your plate with better and better things until there is no space left for the rest. Progress is not just good enough. Progress IS the goal. Comparison is only the "thief of joy" when you lose the comparison. Comparison when I win is life fuel to me and keeps the fire in my soul alive. Today I found out with reasonable certainty that I am smarter than about 95% of people and it feels fucking great man. I am 6'4, 210 pounds, 125 IQ, socially competent (Neurotypical) and living in a nice warm healthy area, ...... etc If you are not better at anything considerably then your life is shit. It is and always will be about being better. When I feel low, I just compare my situation to other people below me and feel better. Sometimes I feel worse and then Ill try to change it or just not think about it People can call me a narcissist all they want but everybody thinks this way and Im the only person honest enough an in a good enough spot to speak about it Kick: hexumlite
