CS2 does not have raw input for keyboard. cl_input_enable_raw_keyboard 1 or 0 do nothing. They are present in deadlock as well. This command might be meant for some other game that Valve might be making. Learn more details from vid in the comments.

True. You know what else is true? People are cheating in your game with expensive inventories. Your anticheat is worse than Team Liquid.

CSGO performance is really good. Despite me recording with display capture and video encoding at same time. 1. Sprays feel better 2. Movement feels better 3. Animations are easier to read -You still die behind walls -Input is not instant when it comes to grenade pins -Visibility is bad

I think it is high time that people can explore locking their fps to 300 - 600. I am not noticing any animation artifacts and the frametime deviation even on kills is around 1 ms. Try it out and let me know how you feel about it.

Can't throw pit retake molotovs from long. Pit has become extremely strong now. If you are wrapping long the pit guy no longer has to watch above as graveyard is closed. I like the balcony change though. The map is screwed. This won't change much.

CS2 Developers have been listening to community feedback and have changed how microstrafing animations look in the last update.

Disabling core 0 can boost your 1% low FPS by upto 17% on many CPUS ( doesn't work on all cpus). Good thing is this performance benefit is not limited to CS2 . CPU's tested ( Works on: 7800x3d, 9800x3d... maybe your cpu as well.)

Dear CS2 I think there is no tactical shooter better than counter strike. It would be more enjoyable to play if the game is optimised. Here are my suggestions for you to fix as this affects actual gameplay with variable frametimes and dynamic input lag in important situations

For me it doesn't seem to be the case. Only 400, 500 cap work fine. Others can try this on ag2 branch and share their results.

Are you sure about that mate? Here is 60 minutes of sped up footage. The bug is independent of your display mode. You can play Fullscreen if you like it though, personal preference, no difference except ease of navigation.
