They ship with the charging handle removed to avoid damage in shipment

After I saw your reply regarding doing dumb stuff, I can definitely relate. Still, first thing I thought when you tried to rack it was, “is it inverted?” Good video though because I’m sure it’ll happen again in the future.

You can tell that person folds like fresh laundry under even the slightest feather weight of pressure. You gotta at least try like a little to fix things on your own before throwing your hands up in disgust.

I find it funny, that this handle will seat and bolt down both directions. Never overestimate the inelegance of the end user... 😂🤣

While the customer share some of the blame, that is a bad design. It should be designed so that it can only be installed the right way.

Funny reply, but from an engineering standpoint, this is a failure and should be fixed in future revisions so it can only be installed the correct way.

Customer may be a tad special

As a kid working the counter at an auto parts store I had a guy angrily throw a filter and filter wrench on the counter and say "The wrench will tighten but won't lessen! Hehe. One time I replaced my brake calipers after a 12 hour shift. At midnight I finally gave up on getting the brakes bled and took it to the mechanic the next day. I couldn't get them bled because I installed the on the wrong side which pointed the bleeders down 😅

My dumbass was trying to put ethanol free gas in the boat yesterday. The handle is the blue one btw so don’t go inside asking why it won’t pump. Btw I’ve used this same pump 100 times 😆 we all do dumb shit 🤣

Do people not possess the ability to look at something and locate the obvious problem? It's not like this requires deep technical knowledge and is not observable without any disassembly. The slot for the handle to ride in is obvious from the outside. JFC

Customer states undergasser and no way they put the gas tube in upside down. Wonder who did that🥴

If only the part was designed/interfaced in such a way that it could not be install it upside down, unless there is some purpose to do so, this issue could have been avoided entirely. 🤷‍♀️

Totally the owner’s fault, but maybe make it so it can’t be installed backwards in future iterations
