I greatly prefer to use a bevel modifier and setting a bell edge weight to create edge loops non-destructively. It's far faster and spend less time wrangling with topology.

This is an updated workflow for turning Grease Pencil strokes into a base mesh that can then be used for sculpting. The previous workflow used the Convert to Path option, which is now gone. #B3D #Blender3D #Blender
