Charles Kanjama: It is a groundbreaking ruling because it is breaking new ground. It is a ruling that, in my view, takes the country a bit backwards on issues of public participation. Personally, I am a bit disappointed on that issue, and I feel that on some of the other aspects that were dealt with by the court, there was a tendency to disregard part of the evidence that was there to challenge. I feel that this groundbreaking judgment of the court had a number of missteps that need to be addressed when the matter goes to the court of appeal #CitizenMondayReport

I really think Jordi's a fantastic coach. Playing that one season under him, personnel constantly shifting, we had trades, we had injuries, he always maintained such a good approach to the team, and he was always able to motivate us to play hard. Our record wasn't great, but I think throughout the season we consistently gave effort. And I credit our coaching staff a lot for that. Two years there, playoffs when we first got there. Joe Rogan says he called Theo Von to apologize for his comments last week where he voiced concern for Von’s mental health. “This year you won Monaco, you won Silverstone, and you won the World Championship. What else is there left to do?” Lando: “I mean, they're really the best ones. Just downhill from here. I would have loved to make my life a bit easier and winning just earlier next time. But it's always more exciting when it kind of goes down to the final race, final few laps. It's more exciting for everyone, for you guys most of all. But I won ones that, again, people have dreamt of winning. There are some of the most incredible ones. The lap I did in Monaco in quali was the only other time, probably in the last 10 years, that I cried a little bit over something. Because there I proved myself wrong. It was one other moment this season that I proved myself wrong. Because I had that bad run of results. I just couldn't perform in qualifying. Qualifying has always been my strong suit, my best. Yeah, it's been my strength since I was in karting. All my qualifying results are my thing and they weren’t at the beginning of the season. So, when I went to the hardest track to do a qualifying lap in, I turned off my delta for the first time that weekend. So, I couldn't see if I was on a better lap, worse lap, whatever it was. It's not been my best track in the past. For me to then to go there and put that lap I put in at the end of qualifying was one of the best moments of my career in a way because it was the time I almost doubted myself the most ever. In the most important season that it turned out to be. So, but that one lap, 1 minute 9 seconds was all it needed for me to flip everything and turn that thought of ‘I just don't know if I got this’ to ‘oh, I can definitely do this.’ And that was a pivotal moment for me up here.”

#Soyeon Gonggam interview 🥹 i didn’t release a solo album for 5 years. i kept giving the excuse that i was too busy to pursue solo activities. but what i realised while making this album, was that i was afraid of releasing a solo album. because i felt like i would make an album that i’ll be disappointed in. even the people i make music with, said that they didn’t know what type of song i should do. so i decided that no matter what, i would make a song and resolve it myself. i intended to keep writing songs until i wrote one that made me emotional, so i really wrote many songs. if i didn’t have this title track, i don’t think i would release an album. but after i wrote and listened to it, i felt like i was tearing up. so i decided that it had to be this song, it can be released now. i think it is a song that comforts me. “soyeon, you can do whatever you want. anyway, we will all become grandmas. protect the romance and your happiness in this moment.” i think it is a song that conveys this.

Here’s my speech.. I really did not have anything planned because I didn’t think I had any chance in the world of winning. I was just happy to be there. Interesting enough I told a story that I think this is the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable talking about my experiences in Iraq and what changed my outlook on life. Not sure why I shared that.. I hadn’t planned to but it just came out.

I felt the best in the car this weekend and I really feel like this small tweak we made into qualifying was just right and we're making tweaks as we're going through this session just with wing and Q3 run one felt good and I did a really good prep laps and then when I started my lap my SM wasn't on and I was down already like a tenth and a half or two tenths into turn one so that and then I had turn seven because I was trying to floor it back so you know but it's nice I think we probably could have fought for third I think that was the case yesterday as well but it means like a perfect lap out of our car and um but the good thing is that we're kind of we are improving and I really hope that I can take this sort of performance home for the season."
