IF I WAS FORCED to build a $20K/month AI creative agency using nothing but Photoshop, starting from 0, here's exactly what I would do in steps: The production setup (Days 1–3) 1. Download the Higgsfield plugin inside Photoshop — takes 5 minutes 2. You now have: sketch-to-image, layer decomposer, mockup studio, relight, upscale, face swap, character swap, background removal, AI stylist — all in 1 tool 3. Old creative agency workflow: designer + photographer + editor + 3–5 day turnaround 4. New workflow: 1 person, Photoshop, 30 minutes per deliverable The offer (Days 3–7) 5. Pick 1 niche — ecom brands, real estate agents, or course creators all need visuals constantly 6. Build a simple offer: "10 ad creatives delivered in 24 hours — $500" 7. Old agencies charge $2,000–$5,000/month for the same output 8. Your cost to deliver: $0 beyond the plugin. Pure margin. 9. Create 3 sample mockups using the tool — drop a product image in, generate 9 variations, pick the best 3 10. That's your portfolio. Built in under 1 hour. Cost: $0. The client machine (Days 7–20) 11. Go on X and search "[niche] + need a designer" or "[niche] + creatives" 12. DM 50 people per day — "I'll make you 3 free ad creatives in 24 hours, no catch" 13. Deliver them in 30 minutes using the plugin 14. 50 DMs/day × 14 days = 700 outreach messages 15. Conservative 3% conversion = 21 people see the free work 16. Close 5 of them at $500 = $2,500 in week 3 The scale (Days 20–30) 17. Upsell every client to a $1,500/month retainer — 10 creatives/week, unlimited revisions 18. 1 client per day in Photoshop takes 45 minutes max 19. 10 retainer clients × $1,500 = $15,000/month 20. Add 3 one-off clients at $500/month = $1,500 21. Add a $997 "AI creative system" course teaching other people this exact workflow = $3,000+/month from 3 sales The math: 50 DMs/day × 30 days = 1,500 outreach messages 3% book a call = 45 calls 40% close at $1,500/month retainer = 18 clients 18 × $1,500 = $27,000/month recurring Time per client per day: 45 minutes Total daily work: 4–5 hours Every mockup — AI. Every restyle — AI. Every layer rebuild — AI. Every variation — AI. No photographer. No designer and no reshoot. Start it here. 👇

[LSTM] by Hand ✍️ LSTMs have been the most effective architecture to process long sequences of data, until our world was taken over by the Transformers. LSTMs belong to the broader family of recurrent neural network (RNNs) that process data sequentially in a recurrent manner. Transformers, on the other hand, abandon recurrence and use self-attention instead to process data concurrently in parallel. Recently, there is renewed interest in recurrence as people realized self-attention doesn’t scale to extremely long sequences, like hundreds of thousands of tokens. Mamba is a good example to bring back recurrence. All of a sudden, it is cool to study LSTMs. How do LSTMs work? [1] Given ↳ 🟨 Input sequence X1, X2, X3 (d = 3) ↳ 🟩 Hidden state h (d = 2) ↳ 🟦 Memory C (d = 2) ↳ Weight matrices Wf, Wc, Wi, Wo Process t = 1 [2] Initialize ↳ Randomly set the previous hidden state h0 to [1, 1] and memory cells C0 to [0.3, -0.5] [3] Linear Transform ↳ Multiply the four weight matrices with the concatenation of current input (X1) and the previous hidden state (h0). ↳ The results are feature values, each is a linear combination of the current input and hidden state. [4] Non-linear Transform ↳ Apply sigmoid σ to obtain gate values (between 0 and 1). • Forget gate (f1): [-4, -6] → [0, 0] • Input gate (i1): [6, 4] → [1, 1] • Output gate (o1): [4, -5] → [1, 0] ↳ Apply tanh to obtain candidate memory values (between -1 and 1) • Candidate memory (C’1): [1, -6] → [0.8, -1] [5] Update Memory ↳ Forget (C0 .* f1): Element-wise multiply the current memory with forget gate values. ↳ Input (C’1 .* o1): Element-wise multiply the “candidate” memory with input gate values. ↳ Update the memory to C1 by adding the two terms above: C0 .* f1 + C’1 .* o1 = C1 [6] Candiate Output ↳ Apply tanh to the new memory C1 to obtain candidate output o’1. [0.8, -1] → [0.7, -0.8] [7] Update Hidden State ↳ Output (o’1 .* o1 → h1): Element-wise multiply the candidate output with the output gate. ↳ The result is updated hidden state h1 ↳ Also, it is the first output. Process t = 2 [8] Initialize ↳ Copy previous hidden state h1 and memory C1 [9] Linear Transform ↳ Repeat [3] [10] Update Memory (C2) ↳ Repeat [4] and [5] [11] Update Hidden State (h2) ↳ Repeat [6] and [7] Process t = 3 [12] Initialize ↳ Copy previous hidden state h2 and memory C2 [13] Linear Transform ↳ Repeat [3] [14] Update Memory (C3) ↳ Repeat [4] and [5] [15] Update Hidden State (h3) ↳ Repeat [6] and [7]

My favorite AI workflow lately is my thought-to-post pipeline. I just go on walks, have a good content idea, ramble it, and have an optimized post in my writing style without typing. It's super simple: 1. Download an AI-powered voice dictation app to your phone (I use Wispr Flow) 2. Go on long walks and let ideas flow - when you get a good one, open Wispr Flow and ramble your thoughts (doesn't need to be perfect) 3. Notes auto-save. These become the core ideas for posts later 4. Open Claude and create a new Project called "Post generator" 5. Use this prompt: "I’m going to provide you with my own written material, and your task will be to understand and mimic its style. You'll start this exercise by saying "BEGIN.” After, I'll present an example text, to which you'll respond, "CONTINUE". The process will continue similarly with another piece of writing and then with further examples. I'll give you unlimited examples. Your response will only be "CONTINUE.” You're only permitted to change your response when I tell you "FINISHED". After this, you'll explore and understand the tone, style, and characteristics of my writing based on the samples I've given. Finally, I'll prompt you to craft a new piece of writing on a specified topic, emulating my distinctive writing style" 6. Now's the fun part: Go to Twitter Analytics and download your top posts (Premium → Analytics → Content → Download button) 7. Paste your best-performing tweets into Claude repeatedly until it says "FINISHED" 8. Take your voice notes, paste them into your trained Claude Project, prompt "make a post in my writing style" 9. Post is ready to go. Polish and edit slightly *if* needed. The AI is trained on how you actually write, not generic content. Your voice notes capture your real, raw thoughts without the friction of typing. I have my best ideas while walking. If I try to write them in my notes app mid-walk, I forget halfway through. Voice dictation captures everything as I ramble. Game changer for turning scattered thoughts into polished posts!

I'm starting on a new project #buildinpublic 🤠 ✅ ahrefs sub 📚 initial keyword research 🆕 .com domain name But this is different. Why? I'm starting with SEO & marketing, then fleshing out the product afterwards. It's been a busy morning already thanks to Ahrefs. From the learnings of grandmaster sensei — I will be using my other projects for backlinks & focus on SEO instead of adding as an afterthought. The plan: ------------------------- [hacks explained further down] 1. keyword research 2. more keyword research [HACK #1] 3. content plan 4. choose topics, subtopics & post outline using long-tail keywords found in 1. & 2. [HACK #2] 5. landing page, blog & initial marketing 6. barebone MVP 7. blog with content hubs [HACK #3] 8. initial backlinks [HACK #4] 9. marketing & launch 10. talk to users & iterate while SEO is slowly cooking in the background (hopefully by the time the product matures SEO is booming) ... 🔁 continue to fill in posts according to the content plan. then back to 1 & 2. more long-tail posts & create free tools to improve ranking + increase no. of backlinks. Hack #1 --------- Explore keywords for "result intent" SEO. Figure out guides & tutorials for keywords with DR long tail ones. Create structure for internal links, e.g.: /generic-topic-keyword (links to all posts) ➡️/more-specific-subtopic-keyword (links to child posts) ➡️➡️/very-specific-post-1 ➡️➡️/very-specific-post-2 etc. Hack #3 --------- Create hubs for generic keywords with links to subtopics and long-tail posts. The hubs themselves should be somewhat informative but mostly an overview. => My crazy idea: before I have the content, add external links to authoritative sources for each specific post. I'll slowly write my own content to replace those and move the links inside the post. Hack #4 --------- Use my other projects to write posts on the new product and link to it to get a decent domain ranking fast. Launch on PH with a beta, mostly for the good backlink. Add repos with md files to Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket etc. for some easy backlinks. 🤠 Crazy enough to work, right?* *to note: I've validated the idea and am somewhat sure people will pay for it. But, I'd still like to shorten each step to minimize my risk & ship fast. Thinking: 1 week research, 1 week dev, 1 week marketing, 1 week content. What could go wrong? :D

Bit of end of cycle / start of year testing AKA gym yap Front Squat 140kg: Very happy with this given I've only been back squatting for 9 weeks, and that's the longest cycle I've been able to string together in like 5+ years. I can technically call this a PB since it was beltless, sleeveless and less fat bodyweight so over the moon here. Backsquats of any nature keep tweaking my lower back so gonna stick with fronts for the rest of the year. Bench 140kg: Ive done this a lot in the last 10 years, but I was always 105kg bodyweight or more. So to do it at 97kg is a big win. Pressing power has been feeling horrible for the last year or so and I couldn't figure out a good programme, so happy that it's finally clicked again. Deadlift 200kg: Tweaked my lower back 3 times last year and put a lot of effort into fixing it up and strengthening it. 200 was easy so I did attempt 220kg but as soon as it left the ground either I would have failed or had a 10 second grind on my hands so decided to just not risk it. Goal for last year was to get healthy enough to be able to train the deadlift again and I achieved that so despite being far from my best of 262.5kg I've very pleased Ive been able to get to a position where I can train it again without headaches or lower back tweaks. OHP 80kg: Haven't trained OHP in a year or more, and stopped doing behind the neck press 3 months ago when I started benching more, so just wanted to do this for fun. Bit off my best of 95kg but its funny how much strength you retain without even doing a vertical press. Cutting down to 90kg again over the next 2-3 months then will see where I can take these over the rest of the year. No real numbers in mind, just happy to be able to train hard.

A day in the life of an 100,000+ acre farm. Meetings start at the shop at 4:30am. You get in your drill and head off to your designated seeding area. There is about a 70km radius of crops to seed from the main binyard. I always thought 4:30am was so awesome. Imagine having to get everyone on board to wake up at 4am daily to crush acres, it’s a feat in this day and age undoubtedly. It’s also a reason why few can compete against operations like this, pure savagery. Every team that seeds together gets a crew truck. Nothing pisses a tired crew off more than being late & chances are you are driving your own truck out to the seeder when you show up late. It has to run like clockwork to seed everything in a timely manner because you may lose some days to rain. Typically you would run as long as you can every single day. A 16 hour days are easy, it’s the back to back to back 18 or 20 hour days that are killers. I really enjoyed the long hours, I had started to track every one of my movements by acres. I knew on a perfect day I could do about 766 acres a day, but every turn I would deduct acres, stop to piss I would deduct acres, run out and grab supper I would deduct acres, fill the seeder I would deduct acres, check my runs I would deduct acres, fix my hoses I would deduct acres, I knew exactly how to bang out an awesome day and that usually meant no liquids after 10am so I didn’t have to stop to piss. Not everyone did this, in fact probably no one but me did this but I was obsessed with efficiency at the time. Seeding could last anywhere from 25 to 45 days depending. 2 of the seeding units were kept to finish sloughs, while the rest of the tractors were cleaned up, serviced and dropped back off at the JD dealership. 5 or 6 tractors were kept for grain carts to use at harvest but next seeding year all brand new JD tractors will be used, there is never used tractors used, the deadline is far too important and the dependability & warranty is crucial to complete seeding on time.

Met my girlfriend's parents for the first time. Her dad asked what I do for work. I said I build trading systems. He said like Wall Street? I said no. 6 AI agents. They work while I sleep. He laughed. So robots are making you money? I did not argue. I opened my laptop. Showed him the terminal. 6 agents running. 47 mispriced markets caught in the first week alone. His face changed. That is not gambling. That is automation? Exactly. Then I showed him how it works. Built the whole thing in 6 hours. Agent 1: Monitoring Runs 24/7. Watches Polymarket for mispriced markets. Spots an anomaly. Writes to memory and pings me on Telegram instantly. Agent 2: Research Parses news, X, macro data via browser tool on a cron schedule. Every morning I have a full digest on all open positions before I check my phone. Agent 3: Trading Reads the research agent memory. Sees the market has not reacted yet. Acts. Execution tool in gateway mode with a whitelist. No full access on a live server. Agent 4: Watchdog Heartbeat every 5 minutes. Monitoring running. No errors. Positions up to date. Something breaks. Immediate Telegram message. All of this. One Gateway. One config file. Isolation via per-agent scope. The token trick: stopped dumping everything into one file. Critical rules in bootstrap. Markets, patterns, past trades in memory. Semantic search pulls it when needed. Token spend dropped 3x. From $0.40 per request to $0.13. First week running: → 47 mispriced markets caught before Polymarket adjusted → Average entry edge 8 to 12 cents per position → Watchdog fired 3 times and caught a broken RPC before it cost me anything The whole system is plain text files. Open an editor. Change one line. Agent behaves differently. No deploy. No build. Her dad went quiet. Then he asked can you teach this? Her mom asked for the setup guide. I built the entire framework. Six agents. Full deployment. Memory architecture. Telegram alerts. You only need Claude + device + 1 hour per day. Giving this free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word "Claude" 2. Like and retweet this 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar so I can DM you Save this post. Deploy the 6-agent system this week. Start with $200. Scale on evidence.

🔥METAPLANET MOON MATH🔥 Metaplanet had a 568.2% BTC Yield last year. Their small size helped. Even assuming they never trade at a huge multiple, and assuming a much lower BTC Yield, the returns are still ridiculous over the next 5 years. 1× mNAV returns with a 75 % BTC Yield + 30 % Bitcoin CAGR over the next 10 years are flat-out insane: Year 0: 35,102 BTC, $2.64 Year 1: 61,428 BTC, $6 Year 2: 107,500 BTC, $14 Year 3: 188,125 BTC, $31 Year 4: 329,218 BTC, $71 Year 5: 576,132 BTC, $161 Year 6: 1,008,231 BTC, $366 Year 7: 1,764,405 BTC, $833 Year 8: 3,087,708 BTC, $1,894 Year 9: 5,403,489 BTC, $4,310 Year 10: 9,456,106 BTC, $9,804 Halfway through the decade gets you as 61x here with those inputs. Lots of unknowns with this trade, keep in mind that they aim to have 210,000 BTC by end of 2027 and this is projecting about half that with 107,500. 75% BTC Yield for 10 years also will not happen. If you look at the results from this input, years 5-7 is where it starts to get ridiculous. Strategy was able to achieve more than Metaplanet's Year 5 number in a harder currency and by trailblazing... but getting around 1 million Bitcoin by year 6 will be much tougher with prices being higher past 2030. W/ the 75% BTC yield input I think this is a somewhat reasonable result for the first 5 years. Still small enough for plenty of yield. Of course, you could imagine a multiple. Or an even higher BTC Yield initially, then lower. Or a steeper BTC CAGR. Adjust whatever inputs you want. All I know... We’re going a LOT higher, kids. $MPJPY

If I was FORCED to make $20k/month with tiktok slideshows in 30 days, starting from 0, here's exactly what i would do in 20 steps: Days 1-3: Account infrastructure 1. Sign up to glitchy, pick walmart gift card rewards offer (2 min) 2. Buy 10 aged tiktok accounts off accsmarket ($15-20 total) 3. Get a US VPN running on every device — non-negotiable for US traffic targeting 4. Set up 1 phone per 3 accounts max (device cluster rule) 5. Warm all 10 accounts 72 hrs — scroll fyp 30 min/day, no posting Days 4-10: Content machine 6. Fresh research account locked to ur niche — tiktok feeds u the winners daily 7. Screenshot 50 viral slideshow frames directly from ur FYP 8. Claude writes 100 hook variations against proven patterns in 2 min 9. Gemini modifies images — "add crying face" / "make her shocked" 10. Build slideshows INSIDE the tiktok editor — adding text natively lets the algo read ur content and push it to the right ppl Days 11-20: Scale what works 11. Post 2-3 slideshows per account per day = 20-30 posts daily 12. Seed 5 comments per post within the first 15 min from spare accounts to spike engagement velocity 13. Kill any post under 500 views at 24hrs — no emotional attachment 14. Any post over 10k views = generate 20 unique variations and roll them out across every account 15. Strength work for Leadville 100 💪 Over the years, I have felt judged by the research--my strength routines were limited to a few minutes at a time, while everyone was screaming at me from their Abstracts that I needed to do way more. I noticed two big problems whenever I committed to more resistance training: 1. I'd carry around soreness even after the initial adaptation window, likely corresponding to high CK levels and some background inflammation. Either way, it would reduce running economy on subsequent running training days, and every training day counts. Split squats are the ultimate offender--an exercise that I know I should be doing, but I can't without feeling like Forrest Gump after he was shot in the butt. 2. I just wouldn't do it. Oops. With lots of guessing and testing, I developed this routine, which I'd do after my easy run on Sunday (before a Monday rest day), and sometimes after my workout on Wednesday (if I felt like it): 1. Three Minute Mountain Legs, working up to 100 single-leg step-ups (I think step-ups in particular are a magic exercise for running uphill. But remember, magic is not equal to science): 2. Back squats, 2 sets of 10 (135 pounds for me, which I make look like 800 pounds in this video. The 17-year old me who played football would laugh so hard) 3. Back extensions, 2 sets of 30, engaging glutes and hamstrings 4. Single-leg calf raises, 1 set of 100 on each leg, with a 35 pound dumbbell 5. Every day, I do the 2-minute Core Snack routine 1-3 times. My core strength is one of my best attributes for ultras, and I can do the Core Snack with our toddler Leo. I also do daily band work before running (bandz a make me dance): That's it! I also foam roll and stretch daily (don't tell the researchers, but I am a tight boi and as soon as I stop stretching, I get hurt). The lesson is not to do this particular routine, but that strength training for runners can be based on individual needs. And I personally think that routines should be short and efficient for both performance (limiting breakdown) and adherence (limiting me from being a lazy little punk). Find what works for you, do it 1-2 times per week year round (on top of some daily supportive work), and don't feel the need to pursue progressive overload. It's not about getting stronger and stronger (unless you're into that sort of thing for its own sake, which I think will sacrifice some running growth). It's about supporting performance and health 🧡

Here's your blueprint for building in GTA 6 ecosystem before it goes mainstream: the ideas on what to build in GTA 6 ecosystem went crazy, now let me show you HOW first, understand the size of what's coming: 1: GTA 5 generated over $8 billion in lifetime revenue 2: GTA Online alone pulls in $800 million per year just from in-game purchases analysts predict GTA 6 will hit $3.2B in YEAR ONE and one firm says $7.6B in the first 60 days this will be the biggest entertainment launch in history. not gaming. entertainment and do you know what happens in GTA 6 now??? no dominant servers. no established tools. no go-to creators. no infrastructure. NOTHING the people who build now will own categories for the next decade Steps which you can do RIGHT NOW: Step 1: Pick your lane there are 4 and you only need one: - Builder: tools, bots, dashboards for server owners - Operator: run a server, community, or paid service - Creator: clips, guides, streams, newsletters - Seller: digital assets (scripts, lore packs, voice packs, skins) if you code or use n8n → Builder if you're good with people → Operator if you already make content → Creator if you can write or design → Seller --------- Step 2: Learn the stack while nobody's watching - Lua basics (the language behind GTA mod frameworks) - how FiveM servers work (the architecture transfers to GTA 6) - Discord bot development (every server needs one) - AI tools you can plug in (Claude API, ElevenLabs, n8n) you don't need to master any of this you need to be 2 months ahead of everyone else that is the ADVANTAGE --------- Step 3: Join the communities forming right now the Discord servers and X accounts building for GTA 6 are tiny today join now. contribute. help server owners for free the people who show up early become the trusted names when 100M players flood in, those names become the gatekeepers in potential it's yours 6-7 figs + successful own community as the game will be launched lol, I know even the guys who buy PS5 to play in GTA in 6 months... the biggest gaming launch which EVER existed --------- Step 4: Ship ONE thing before launch Builder → Discord bot kit for RP servers Operator → niche RP server (racing league, police sim, business world) Creator → daily GTA 6 newsletter or TikTok clip page Seller → AI character backstory packs or NPC voice packs one product. shipped. before anyone else has one --------- Step 5: Build in public for 90 days post weekly progress on X, Tiktok, Youtube the person documenting the ecosystem for 3 months before launch will look like a veteran on day one by release you will have: - one shipped product - a small audience that trusts you - relationships with 10-20 other builders - enough knowledge to move fast while everyone else is still googling basics --------- CONCLUSION every platform shift follows the same pattern Roblox made devs millionaires. Fortnite paid creators $700M+. FiveM turned one Australian dev into Rockstar's official partner GTA 6 is the next one and it's BIGGER than all of them the difference? right now you're reading this before 99.9% of the world even thinks about it most people will download the game, play for 2 weeks, and go back to scrolling a small number will build inside the ecosystem while it's empty and own their lane for years nobody is talking about this not on youtube. not on linkedin. not in any newsletter this is one of the biggest builder opportunities of the decade hiding behind a video game i'm writing a full article on this right now: "How to build and monetize in GTA 6 ecosystem using AI (RESOURCES)" if this post gets 1,000 LIKES ❤️ i'll publish it next week follow so you don't miss it gl
