As of 5:00am this morning, all power has been restored in San Francisco. PG&E has informed us that anyone impacted by this power outage will receive a credit on their bill. If you believe you should get more than the credit, any small business owner or resident should visit It has been a long few days. Thank you to our city workers who helped us through this outage. We have more bad weather coming, so remember to charge your devices and have food and water ready. This weekend was a good reminder for all of us to stay prepared for any emergency. Bar hop How It’s Done Start on one side of the stick with two targets at 7-10 yards and 1 yard apart. On the beep, engage the target directly in front of you with two shots, then engage the second target with two shots. Step over the stick and reengage the first target with two shots, and then the second target with two shots again. This drill is 8 shots total, with four on each target. Why It’s Done This drill is a great way to introduce movement into your training. If you're used to static shooting, this drill would be a great one to start with. It may be just one step, but getting your feet to do what they’re supposed to while shooting is harder than it looks. This drill also includes a couple of transitions, which will easily get you some Charlies and Deltas if you’re not careful. Things to Remember The goal is to make it sound like you're shooting one target. What I mean by that is you should try to shorten the time between targets and make the flow as smooth as possible. When you start and when you finish, be sure to check your stance. You don’t want to end up off balance. Bending your knees will help soften your movement. The burning heat in your legs will beg you to stop, but the strength and growth you'll reap make it all worth it. 4 sets of 12 forward lunges, then 12 Reverse right away. Build a lower body that stands the test of time: Lunge Form Cues Set-Up: Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, hands on hips or at your sides. Alignment: Keep your chest up and shoulders back. Oil sold off the moment the Iran peace deal appeared. That part makes perfect sense. Nobody wants to be long crude into open supply routes and normalizing tanker flows. The fundamental value of oil is closer to 50 a barrel than 150. But here is where it gets interesting. If this were only supply normalizing, the curve would still hold its shape. Inventories are drained. Tankers are disrupted. Refineries are scrambling. As long as demand is firm, the curve should stay in strong backwardation. Backwardation means front-month crude trades above later contracts. It is the market telling you it wants barrels today. It is a sign of tightness. That backwardation is nearly gone. The prompt spread, the first two contracts, has narrowed to under a buck. The three-month spread has dropped to just over 2, after being 30 not long ago. The front is selling off far harder than the back. Some of that is supply normalizing. The good kind. But when the curve gets this close to contango this fast, it points to something more troubling. Contango is what a glut looks like in the futures market. Too much oil for the demand in front of it. The curve is not there yet. But it is moving that way. And that is the warning. You have to be careful about exactly why oil is plunging this far, this fast.

Tackle Sets - 4 sets (Jump/Quick/45/Vertical) - JS eat up space attack inside out, (visual we say is smell their breath, close that much space) heavy inside hand to stop inside rush, strong outside hand blow to widen rush, outside shoulder target if swing/bubble to protect throw - QS flat as possible want to cover ground quick get in their face but play longer than JS - 45 base Set, set them on angle to defeat speed & knock them outside create wide dish, take an angle to take them off their rush, still heavy inside hand focus to take away b gap rush - Vertical when expecting true speed or twist, create initial space, talk about first big kick then settle pace to match theirs - stay square, turn shoulders when they do but always maintain leverage - General aiming points your near hand to their far armpit, inside hand heavy catch hand (think grab bicep/tricep if inside move) - two hand punch heavier inside near armpit pec location for inside hand - will drill in pre practice the set tree and in practice partner rush where dl will get 2 to 3 rushes on you and OL has to do different set each time rapid fire - Great job by these guys #5STRONG #BIGDAWGS

Ottawa is breaking Canada—and half of Westerners say maybe it's time we let them Let’s cut through the political spin and get right to the truth: Alberta and Saskatchewan didn’t break Canada. Ottawa did. And if this country comes apart at the seams, it won’t be because Western Canada walked away — it’ll be because the Laurentian elite shoved us toward the door. This week, the Angus Reid Institute dropped a bombshell, 50% of Albertans and Saskatchewanians now say they support holding a referendum on independence. In Alberta, 36% say they’d vote to leave; in Saskatchewan, it’s 34%. And while the hardcore “definitely leave” crowd sits at 19% in Alberta and 15% in Saskatchewan, that still represents hundreds of thousands of people ready to exit Confederation today. Let that sink in. That’s not fringe. That’s a movement — one Ottawa built with its own arrogance. Why is this happening? Because Ottawa refuses to listen. Refuses to change. Refuses to respect us. Instead, we get: • Bill C-69, the no-more-pipelines law, still on the books • A suffocating emissions cap that targets Alberta and Saskatchewan while letting global polluters off the hook • No national vision for an east-west pipeline, leaving our energy landlocked and our people unemployed And what does the poll show? That we’re not unmovable separatists — we’re desperate realists. According to Angus Reid: • 69% of Alberta “leave” voters and 61% in Saskatchewan say they’d vote to stay if Ottawa built a pipeline across the country • 62% in Alberta and 56% in Saskatchewan would stay if Bill C-69 were repealed • 61% of Alberta separatists and 54% of Saskatchewan ones say ending the emissions cap would convince them to vote "stay" Ottawa could put out this fire tomorrow, but they won’t. Why? Because they don’t see Western Canada as a partner. They see us as a piggy bank. We supply the resources, we pay the bills, and they punish us for it. And let’s talk about how this could quickly backfire. Angus Reid found that if British Columbia blocked access to tidewater, or Quebec vetoed future pipelines, support for separation would increase across the board — and by as much as 20% among soft “leave” voters. Even Indigenous protests wouldn’t hold back the separatist tide. Among the “definitely leave” group, a full majority said that major Indigenous resistance would actually make them more likely to support separation. Here’s one more number you won’t hear on CBC: 71% of Alberta separatists and 74% of Saskatchewan separatists would vote to stay if the federal Conservatives formed government. Translation? This isn’t so much a separatist revolution as it is a desperate cry for fairness. But if Ottawa keeps treating Alberta and Saskatchewan like provinces to be punished, taxed, and controlled — then maybe we’ve got no choice but to take our future into our own hands. Because how long can you stay in a relationship where you’re always paying, always blamed, and never heard? So, here’s the question no one in the Laurentian bubble is asking: Why are Westerners being asked to save a country that won’t take its foot off our heads while we drown? It’s a wrap! The Innovation Summit North America 2025, which was powered by Schneider Electric, was an incredible, thought-provoking experience. As I share in this video, one of the highlights of my time at the event in Las Vegas was touring the Innovation Park (three times, I think!). The Innovation Park was a large, 45,000-square-foot exhibit space where attendees could engage in hands-on demonstrations and explore cutting-edge technologies and solutions related to energy management, automation, AI, and sustainable infrastructure. Industry leaders and experts provided insights and practical strategies within this interactive environment. I am pretty sure I left the Park with 3 new certifications. However, two of my favorite themes that emerged from ISNA2025 weren’t necessarily technology-focused - - and they really reinforced what I already know to be true: - - The most successful companies in the world know that one of the best ways of optimizing innovation & resilience is by investing in their supply chain ecosystem. I think Schneider Electric illustrates that perfectly. As just one example, the company is working closely with thousands of its suppliers to explore new supply chain decarbonization approaches. Innovations & outcomes certainly come out of these investments, but more importantly, they build trust. And you can move mountains with trust. - - Digital transformation starts with the powerful human factor. And there are tremendous opportunities available, especially to those who are willing to: Learn, Apply, & Volunteer. Those amongst us who are willing to learn and apply something new every day, as well as volunteer for new projects & initiatives: the sky is the limit. As Tom Wilk with Plant Services mentioned to me, the theme of this golden age of supply chain tech should be the lyrics from a John Fogerty song: “Oh, put me in, coach!
