My point wasn’t “polls never showed Poilievre/Cons up,” and it wasn’t “every poll result is a lie.” It’s narrower and data driven: I laid out documented Liberal adjacent connections around multiple polling firms I named, including donations, campaigning... roles, lobbying links, and major federal contract totals since 2016. A chart doesn’t answer any of that. So let’s drop the attempted “gotcha” and get specific for a sec: •Which fact I cited is wrong? •Which donation record is incorrect? •Which campaign role didn’t happen? •Which lobbying link is misrepresented? •Which contract total is inaccurate? If you can’t name even one, then you’re not challenging my post. You’re just talking around it. You also introduced the word “lying,” not me. I’m talking about conflicts of interest risk and public confidence. Do you seriously dispute that these kinds of political and financial connections can raise reasonable questions about perceived impartiality, even when a poll, like the one you're using sometimes shows results you like? Seriously? And since you’re presenting yourself as an impartial critic, your own public record is relevant. It has been publicly reported that you purchased a Liberal Party membership during the period when Eve Adams was pursuing a Liberal nomination in 2015. You’ve also appeared on major media panels as a political commentator in the past, including a CBC segment where you were discussed as a high-level political insider whose proximity to Conservative leadership and campaign strategy could be valuable in partisan politics. That doesn’t “prove” anything on its own, but it makes the neutral referee posture your demonstrating as hard to swallow. I’ll post the clip so people can judge for themselves. If you want a real debate, keep it concrete. Pick one firm or one claim from my thread and walk through what’s incorrect, point by point. Otherwise, posting a chart is just you changing the subject. I have not been comfortable watching late-night television for 15 years because when you have conservative leanings and you’re constantly mocked and you’re constantly feel like you’re doing something wrong, you shut it off. You don’t watch it anymore. And then what happens is it’s circular. If the host doesn’t have that audience, the host doesn’t worry about keeping an audience like that. It goes in circles. Just read a heated debate between two bodybuilders about fasted cardio. The argument is that studies don’t support it being any better than fed cardio. In fact, it may be inferior. Let’s see what John Meadows thought about fasted cardio and those studies. My personal, anecdotal experience is that fasted cardio was one of the tools I used to get into the best shape of my life, multiple times in the past. Now that I have more freedom, I do both... But every time I miss my morning fasted cardio session, I feel like I didn’t do 100% of what I know has worked best for me. It’s always in the back of my mind that fasted cardio might be more effective, simply because that’s been my experience. My take is this: if you’ve tried something, anything many times over and you just know it works for you, why try to fix it? Just because some studies say there might be a better way? Like John Meadows said: “You can find a study that supports anything you believe in. If you believe you shouldn’t do it, or you should do it, it doesn’t matter... you’ll find a study that agrees with you. So everybody is right and everybody is wrong.” Later he added: “Experiment and find out if it works for you.” That’s what I think bodybuilding is all about. No study should override your personal experience and convictions or determine your individual choices about how you do things. Because when it comes to bodybuilding and your own body, you’re not a participant in someone else’s study. You’re studying yourself through trial and error. You’re your own experiment.

Dear Senator Henry Seriake Dickson Henry Seriake Dickson While I take my time to properly address your allusion of me not playing by the rules which I consider very disingenuous seeing how I followed the process and even when you had insisted there would be no primaries for senate I let things go and asked my teeming supporters to focus on the bigger picture, I toured the FCT pacifying my supporters and party people who rightfully felt disrespected as they were all waiting at their respective headquarters for primaries that never happened. (I played field politics, I never waited for anyone to give me ticket), I would like you as the National leader to watch this video again! This part of the interview was so painfully appalling to watch. It looked as if you were insecure and in competition with your Presidential Candidate. Your first one on one interview after primaries and instead of selling your candidates and giving confidence to people on how set the road to winning the 2027 election was, you made it about yourself. With all due respect sir, it looks as if you consider the NDC a Special Purpose Vehicle whose aim has been achieved just by being registered instead of a Political Party whose aim is to win the 2027 General election decisively!!!! The registration of NDC should be a means to an end and not an end in itself. As a leader of a Political party, your number one job in that interview was to pacify aspirants many of whom are rightfully aggrieved and secondly to call on supporters to bear with the party and support it but you ended up antagonising the very people you would need to win election. Every vote counts! A leader must stoop to conquer! No one can take away your leadership of NDC, no one is interested in that! The focus is on Nigeria is winning the 2027 election! It looked as if you are fighting a war no one is waging with you. You don't have anything to prove to anyone, just lead! It is also interesting how as a leader i see you shifting the blame with any process that doesn't go well or is called out. Even in this statement below, you did! Take all responsibility! The party is young. It was overwhelmed. Mistakes will be made. Accepting the mistakes and being accountable is how the party will get better. There is a whole battle ahead of us. Rescuing Nigeria from the current state it is in, should be the main focus not people's fragile ego! my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. “i’ve been told that you've tried spending less time on your phone recently, which i believe is a very hard thing to do. what made you do it? and did it actually work?” 🆑: yeah, i am achieving that. then there's a balance to find, because it's also true that as soon as you are... you kind of feel a little bit disconnected on what's going around because today everybody is with a phone, and so there's a balance to find. i did two or three months, i think, without ever touching my phone apart from whatsapp when i was receiving messages and calls, and that was maybe a little bit extreme. so now maybe i'm trying to find a balance between the two because it's good to be up to date with what's going on around the world and to stay in touch with friends and funny moments. there's also lots of funny moments on social media and it part also of social interaction with friends and family. so there's a balance to find, but it is also true that it's a place where sometimes it can be a little bit toxic when you are in a position where people can kind of judge and say anything very, very easily. and they have the right to do so, but as a human being, you can also be affected by looking at those things. so it's a balance to find. i don't know if i found the perfect one, but for now it works for me, which is the most important.

I “Told on Everybody” | Why Calling the Police After Prison Isn’t Simple ⚖️👀🇺🇸 I just dropped this video because people keep asking why it took me so long to finally walk into a police station and file what I filed. It wasn’t just about gathering evidence. It was also about undoing what prison does to your mind. In prison, talking to law enforcement, or even being perceived as talking to law enforcement, can get you hurt. I watched men get stabbed. I watched men get smashed with locks. I watched violence happen over rumors, assumptions, and misunderstandings. So when you come home, you’re conditioned to keep your mouth shut and handle things quietly, even when you know something is wrong. That doesn’t just switch off because you’re “free.” It takes time. It took me time. Today I walked into that back room with an investigator and I’ll be honest, it was nerve-racking. There was a shake in me because my brain still remembers what it felt like to be snatched up and shipped across the country, and never know if you’re coming back. And here’s the part that hurts the most. This involves a business I built and cared about deeply. But I can’t be associated with wrongdoing, and I’m not going to carry the weight of what other people chose to do. I’ve got employees reaching out confused, upset, laid off, asking what’s going on. And as the founder, that hits different. So yeah, I’m at the point in my life where I’m done staying quiet. I found the evidence. I filed it. And I’m going to let the proper channels do what they’re supposed to do. ⚖️ And yes, I said it at the end because it’s the truth and it’s darkly funny in a way. I told on everybody. More soon. 👀

Wikipedia is a hellscape of misinformation, much of it targeted based on a political agenda. We are less certain of what we know, and less capable of reasoning on our own. The same thing is virtually guaranteed here, because you’re talking about not only the capability of educating students using a robot that has vastly more knowledge than a human teacher would, but you’re talking about the irresistible opportunity to capture those minds and steer them in one direction or another, whether that’s political or economic. The idea that these robotic teachers are going to be immune to the kind of flights of fancy that have ruined teaching in the modern era is preposterous. In fact, they will likely be even more easily steered. I would caution everyone to simply realize the distinction between complicated systems and complex systems. AI is a complex system. Human beings are complex systems. And any time you intervene in these systems, thinking you know what’s going to happen, you’re going to be embarrassed by the discovery of the unintended consequences that will come to dominate your project. He has been consistent, and his political party recently held a conference at which, out of all the politicians in Southern Africa, it invited Julius Malema, a South African Pan-Africanist who has consistently spoken out against xenophobia and Afrophobia. Botswana has been clear and consistent in its position on xenophobia and Afrophobia. When I say these things, they may be inconvenient for some people, but that does not make them any less true. The truth is not determined by what you or I want it to be. The truth is determined by the facts.

Keep in mind two things can be true at the same time postpartum depression/psychosis can put you at the lowest point you’ve ever been in your life as a mother, and using that diagnosis or justification to murder, your kids is absolutely fucked up. The reason why my postpartum is so difficult to talk about with a bunch of people is because you say one wrong thing and you’re deemed as an irresponsible or incompetent mother. When you say you want to harm yourself because you can’t cope with the depression your feeling they want to take your children away. When for the majority of moms, it’s never about hurting the children about not being good enough or not feeling like you’re doing enough or that your kids will be better off without you and that’s the topic that no one wants to touch or discuss. However, this piece of shit bitch new all of the signs because she was a labor and delivery which also means she knew all the right things to say to try to form an insanity plea and even when she was checked into the hospital, she showed no signs of psychosis at all. She knew what she was doing. From the beginning. If this was a man you women would break him through the coals if he said he had PTSD or some type of mental disorder and the only reason why I know that is because you’ve had multiple men that have killed their kids and that wants, did you feel sympathy for that as you’re right because who would but the fact that you’re showing sympathy simply because she’s a mother has got to be one of the most ironic fucked up things I’ve ever seen in my life. You never gave a fuck about mental illness. You only gave a fuck about if you could try to justify it in your own home.
