Dear Nick Mangwana Why is ZANUPF above the law when the Constitution states that nobody is above the law? This ZANUPF vehicle, car registration number AGE 0346, did not pay toll fees, and this is not new. All ZANUPF cars don’t pay toll gate fees. Why have you turned...

Dear Hopewell, When a crime is committed, it's essential to report it to the relevant authorities. While I don't speak on behalf of the Party, its stance on this matter is clear. Rogue elements exist in various institutions, including ZANU PF, the Catholic Church, Methodists, Pentecostals, and Mormons. Their actions don't necessarily reflect the doctrine or ethos of their respective organizations. Individuals are part of different associations, and their actions shouldn't be taken as representative of the entire group.

@nickmangwana My brother ZANU PF is Zimbabwe & Zimbabwe is ZANU PF. That is how these people think and function. They care about no one. I strongly recommend changing of country names once someone without ZANU PF roots takes over. I think we should revert back to Rhodesia.

@nickmangwana A prince or party that flouts the law, believing themselves above its reach, sows the seeds of their own destruction. When ZANUPF disregards the Constitution & toll fees, they demonstrate a disregard for the very laws they expect others to follow.

As the Zimbabwean opposition continues to tear itself into various political factions ALL controlled by ZANUPF, CIO and elements in the military respectively, President Mnangagwa’s political troops are now on the ground mobilising for his THIRD TERM. It is important to note that NOTHING can allow Mnangagwa at law to have a third term, but the law has never mattered under this repressive, corrupt and ruthless regime! The constitution of Zimbabwe clearly states that you need a TWO THIRDS majority to change the constitution. Contrary to social media propaganda, ZANUPF doesn’t have the complete TWO THIRDS majority and here is why. Whilst the political fraud Sengezo Tshabangu got them TWO THIRDS majority in the lower house, you need TWO THIRDS majority in both the Lower House and in the Senate to change the constitution. ZANUPF doesn’t have TWO THIRDS majority in the Senate. Secondly, even if ZANUPF had TWO THIRDS majority in both Houses of Parliament, Mnangagwa CAN’T benefit from any removal of presidential term limits according to Zimbabwe’s constitution! Only his successor can benefit from such a change if it happens at all! But Zimbabwe is a lawless society where the judiciary has zero credibility and is politically captured, it even convicts ruling party adversaries using laws that don’t exist, how shameful, but that is Zimbabwe today! So Mnangagwa’s third term can happen because the judiciary will break the law to allow it by dressing it in judiciary endorsed illegalities, and the opposition which is in the hands of ZANUPF, CIO and elements of the military will make empty noises, receive brown envelopes and move on. I know this because I am the journalist who broke the story of how ZANUPF and CCC MPs got US$40,000 kickbacks from Mnangagwa’s regime disguised as loans! The man who will lead the judiciary in making constitutional rulings, Chief Justice Luke Malaba is in office illegally after benefiting from a constitutional change which increased the Chief Justice age. He shouldn’t have benefited because the law clearly states that a sitting person can’t benefit. It was clearly a dry run for the THIRD TERM, who will fight against it when those purporting to be the opposition are little regime projects? Elections and opposition politics in Zimbabwe are now a business and not a means to bring change. Unfortunately the majority of the opposition supporters like sheep in the veld, are happily being taken for a joy ride and ululating at the choreographed State controlled nonsense!
