Dear Rwandans, I have seen a video circulating on X that should concern every Rwandan and citizen of conscience: hatred and genocide ideology are still being spread decades after 1994. Opposing a regime or criticizing politics does not give anyone the right to incite discrimination, denial, or ethnic violence....

How Colonial Racism Fueled The Genocide Against The Tutsi In Rwanda On 7 April 1994, the Genocide against the Tutsi started. In just 100 days, over one million Tutsi men, women, and children were systematically murdered, often by neighbors, friends, or even relatives, with machetes and clubs. The killings were organized and supported by extremist Hutu leaders, state institutions, and local officials, while the international community stood by and did nothing. The roots of this genocide stretch back decades. Before colonization, Rwandans shared a common identity with flexible social categories of Hutu, Tutsi, and Twa. European powers, first Germany, then Belgium, imposed rigid racial divisions, introducing identity cards and dismantling systems that promoted unity. Independence only deepened these divisions, as political leaders manipulated ethnic identities, excluded Tutsi from power, and spread propaganda that dehumanized them. The genocide also exposes the failure and complicity of the global community. Warnings of mass extermination were ignored, United Nations forces were withdrawn, and major powers avoided calling the atrocities “genocide” to evade legal responsibility. Evidence shows that France even provided military support to the genocidal regime. The tragedy that happened in 1994 is a lesson on how colonial legacies and manipulation can fuel hatred and why Africans must now confront these inherited divisions to build unity, justice, and self-determination.

DAY 1: THE TRUTH ABOUT THE 1994 RWANDA GENOCIDE (In Rwanda, giving the information I am about to give you here below is a crime!) 🟥In the video below, a Tutsi prince by the name Nyatera testifies that as soon as president Habyalimana's plane was shot down at 8:30pm, Kagame's RPF rebels began killing people right away in Kigali - Kacyiru, Remera & Kicukiro neighborhoods. 🟥It is this assassination and these killings that sparkled the Rwanda genocide 🟥Kagame & the Clintons convinced the West / media that it was the Hutus & Hate Speech that caused the Rwanda genocide. But that is not true - In our Rwanda culture, people were raised to be polite and respectful to everyone, growing up, that's what you saw everywhere. Yes, there was one radio that was far right but the majority of Rwandans at the time did not have means to listen to the radio! Before Kagame's arrival, it was all peaceful and there were no killings nor kidnappings in Rwanda. 🟥The criminals told the story and they gave their version of the official narrative regarding the genocide 🟥When it was time to render justice, the rebels revenged and shed thousands of innocent blood; the ICC and the West went after Habyalimana family, regime officials, the Hutus and some Tutsis critics who refused to work with the rebels. 🟥Kagame's regime also named it Genocide Against Tutsis. 🟥They also enacted genocide ideology laws to criminalize anyone who question the genocide official narrative. In Rwanda for example, it is a crime to call it 'Rwanda Genocide' or 'Genocide'. In Rwanda, giving the information I am giving in this post is a crime! ℹ️My Testimony: What prince Nyatera says in this video is true. My sister lived in Kacyiru (Remera) areas. I had left my sister's house 6 hours before the assassination. Within a short time, the rebels came to my sister's home and neighborhood and massacred... since that day of April 6, 1994 - I have not seen my sister and her entire family. ℹ️I recently run into a neighbor who lived in Masaka-Rwanda. She told me, "The only killings I saw in 1994 were those committed by Kagame's rebels. In Masaka, no one else killed except them!" ℹ️The same way M23/RDF came into Goma and Bukavu killing many people, it is the same way Kagame's rebels / RPF came into Rwanda ... and for 30 years, killings have not stopped in Rwanda! ⁉️Who killed thousands of Hutus during the period of April 6-July 1994 and why have they not been tried? ⁉️Who has killed millions of Rwanda since RPF took power and why has the world turned on a blind eye? ⁉️How will the region have peace when criminals are in power? Is it why it is spreading into DRC, Uganda & neighboring countries? PRAYER: Day and night, pray that God render Justice in the region (Luke 18:1-8)

Dear Rwandans, Dear Youth, “You are nothing. Idiots.” These are reportedly the words of Ignatius R. Kabagambe spokesperson of the University of Rwanda University of Rwanda when asked to delete tweets attacking a young woman who said she was “broke” and urged Government of Rwanda Ministry of Youth and Arts | Rwanda to address youth poverty. Instead of respecting her right to free expression, he publicly humiliated her, branding her an “enemy of the state”-a label with serious consequences. BBC News Africa reports indicate she later suffered psychological distress. In his defense, Kabagambe claimed that when the President speaks harshly, no one questions him, so he owes explanations to no one and only answers to Paul Kagame. The silence of Rwanda Investigation Bureau reinforces the perception that accountability in #Rwanda is selective. By his own admission, he listens only to the ruling party FPR-Inkotanyi, everyone else is irrelevant. Students and young people, including at the University of Rwanda University of Rwanda , are concerned for her safety and question whether someone who openly dismisses rights should represent an institution tasked with teaching ethics and civic responsibility. Kabagambe’s remarks were made during a space hosted by AKASAMUTWE highlighting a broader struggle over youth rights and free speech in Rwanda. S/c: Ignatius R. Indeed, as British investigative journalist Linda Melvern has noted, denial of the Genocide against the Tutsi began in the UN Security Council itself, where the genocidal government still held a non-permanent seat and continued to attend meetings, even as the Council debated abandoning the Tutsi to their killers. Each session of the Council showed the world would not intervene, emboldening the killers whose representative was in the room. The powers that be allowed the very government carrying out the extermination to lie again and again, creating the political cover to withdraw UN troops and look the other way. Denial then re-emerged in the refugee camps in the Congo, all of which were controlled by the genocidaires. It later moved into the chambers of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, where the architects of the genocide and their lawyers pushed narratives designed to rewrite history, portraying it as a tribal conflict, a spontaneous outburst of rage, or unplanned chaos. All these theories, aimed at denying the facts, shifting blame when outright denial became untenable, and eventually promoting a “double genocide” conspiracy theory to place killers and our heroes on the same moral footing, have been debunked time and again. Yet large sections of the western media continue to engage in denial. We will continue to push back until there is no space and no tolerance for the greatest crime against humanity or for the criminal enterprise that is genocide denial.

Rwanda 🇷🇼 Sanctions that single out Rwanda while ignoring the full reality of the conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo do not advance peace… they distort it. For Rwandans, security in our region is not an abstract geopolitical debate. It is rooted in history … painful, documented, and undeniable. In 1994, during the Genocide against the Tutsi, the world stood by. The last genocide of the 20th century unfolded in full view of the international community. The “mighty” powers hesitated, calculated, and ultimately did nothing to stop the extermination of over a million innocent lives. When the genocide was halted, those responsible were allowed to flee into eastern Congo. There, they regrouped, reorganized, rearmed, and openly declared their intention to complete their criminal project: to finish those who had survived. That reality has never disappeared. It has evolved, rebranded, and embedded itself within shifting coalitions of armed groups operating in eastern DRC, including the FDLR and affiliated militias. Any serious peace process must confront this truth, not sidestep it. Commitments were made to dismantle and irreversibly end support to genocidal forces. Those commitments must be implemented in substance, not in rhetoric. Selective pressure that ignores persistent threats only prolongs instability. Rwandans draw one fundamental lesson from history: our security cannot be outsourced. The peace, stability, and reconstruction our nation has achieved over the past three decades were not gifts from the international community. They were earned through sacrifice, discipline, and unwavering vigilance. Every part of Rwanda enjoys security today because it is protected. The Rwanda Defence Force embodies that protection. It is not merely a military institution; it is the shield that ensures that “Never Again” is not reduced to a commemorative phrase. It is the guarantee that genocidal intent will never again find fertile ground on Rwandan soil. Standing behind the RDF is not an act of aggression. It is an act of memory. It is an act of sovereignty. It is an act of responsibility. Peace must be real. Security must be mutual. Commitments must be honored. And we, Rwandans, fully conscious of our history, will always stand behind the shield that protects US. WE ARE #RDF

Minister Nelly Mukazayire constantly repeating that her mother participated in the Genocide against the Tutsi, and then highlighting her own rise to power, isn’t a sign of "unity" or "equality." It’s a calculated stunt. It’s just Paul Kagame playing his cards to look like a "great mediator" to the world. The fact that #NellyMukazayire’s mother was involved in the genocide should not be a defining story. As an educated professional, #Nelly’s position should be seen as a result of her own competence rather than a favor. Under the law, criminal responsibility is individual, not collective. However, there are concerns that her success is used as a propaganda tool to convince the international community that #Rwanda has an open political space and equal opportunities for everyone, potentially silencing critics in exile. This strategy suggests a preference for officials who may not feel empowered to challenge the existing state of affairs. There is also significant criticism regarding the #kagame’s past narrative that Hutu group must apologize for the actions of their parents. Such a narrative risks labeling an entire generation with "genocide ideology" based on their background, which hinders true healing. Real reconciliation requires the state to allow all Rwandans to grieve their loved ones freely. Justice must be applied to all sides; any individuals within the #RPA who committed crimes should be held accountable just as the Interahamwe were. The use of a painful history to maintain political power must stop. National stability should not rely on maintaining fear among one group or perpetual guilt in another. True progress depends on moving past these divisions and ensuring that no leader is placed above the law or the collective well being of the people. #MillenZMovementRw ✊

Ebuteli pushes Kinshasa's anti-peace agenda in DRC The Kinshasa-based think-tank Ebuteli, led by the American Jason Stearns and the French-German Christoph Vogel Christoph N. Vogel, organized a briefing on Dec 8-9 under the patronage of Patrick Muyaya, spokesperson of the Congolese government. The US ambassador to DRC and EU representatives, were present in the audience. Stearns and Vogel lead a network of anti-Tutsi and anti-Rwanda activists, journalists, and analysts, including the members of the hate group LUCHA 🇨🇩 such as its founder and leader Fred Bauma, who also serves as the Executive Director of Ebuteli. The Congolese “historian” Isidore Ndaywel, known for his extremist anti-Tutsi rhetoric, was also invited by Stearns and Vogel to brief the US and EU diplomats. Pr. Ndaywel has been commissioned by Kinshasa to promote the Genocost campaign, as evidenced in a presentation given at the side-event to the 60th Session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva in September. (Source below) In this presentation, Pr. Ndaywel promotes the Hamitic ideology which led to the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda killing 1 million Tutsi in 3 months. Pr. Ndaywel claims that the Tutsi, invaded Rwanda from Uganda in 1990, led a war of conquest to exterminate the Hutu in Rwanda, and then continued a “Tutsi colonization plan” (theory spread in the hate media Kangura in 1990) in Congo. Pr Ndaywel does not simply here promote the double-genocide denialist theory but he directly denies the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, by reversing responsibility between perpetrator and victim. Ebuteli, in organizing this briefing in Kinshasa, while continuing to promote through its network, a narrative which puts the blame of the DRC crisis on the persecuted Congolese Tutsi communities in North and South Kivu, seeks to sabotage the Washington and Doha peace agreements. Stearns and Vogel while benefiting from Kinshasa’s political endorsement and promoting its political anti-peace agenda, maintain a narrative of chaos which ignores the root causes of the DRC crisis, namely, the 30 years long government-sponsored persecution of Congolese Tutsi.

This video is a painful reminder of where Rwanda came from. To the survivors: we walk with you. Your pain is ours, your resilience is our strength. The journey of healing is long, but you are not alone. To the youth: Rwanda is yours. Guard it. Protect our unity. Defend the dignity and progress that was rebuilt from ashes. Never take it for granted. To the RPF/RPA and President Kagame: you brought a nation back from the edge of extinction. You brought me, my grand parents and my parents back home. you gave Rwanda a second chance at life Thank you will never be enough. To those who committed these crimes: this will forever stand as a reminder that what you did was not conflict, not tribal war, not a civil war and definitely not Hutu-Tutsi conflict but Genocide against the Tutsi. History will never be rewritten. To the children of those perpetrators, scattered across the world from the DRC to Europe and America, who choose denial and distortion: the truth lives on. It lives in memory, in testimony, in history. No lie will ever bury it. To the countries that continue to shield those responsible: we see you. Silence and protection do not erase accountability. To the reporter who produced this Jeff Koinange, MBS Thank you! history will remember this report for years. And as the child in this video says: “May we never see what happened in Rwanda anywhere again. May ‘Never Again’ not remain empty words, but become a promise the world finally keeps.” #Kwibuka32

🚨Kinshasa doubling down on regime change against Rwanda is spelling an ominous end for Tshisekedi ! The Tshisekedi regime’s open embrace of Jean-Luc Habyarimana — the political face of the FDLR and son of former Rwandan president Juvénal Habyarimana and Agathe Kanziga, central figures in the creation of the Interahamwe militias that carried out genocide against the Tutsi — may prove to be one provocation too many. Tshisekedi should know that there are red lines that, once crossed, make peace and coexistence impossible. It is one thing to fantasize about regime change in Rwanda, to flirt with genocide ideology, and even to secretly arm the FDLR toward that end. Such recklessness might still be met with a degree of restraint, in the hope that reason would eventually prevail. But it is another matter entirely to persist, to mistake restraint for weakness, and to openly host the FDLR’s political leadership, Jean-Luc Habyarimana in this case, as part of preparations to overthrow our government. It is worth noting that this follows Kinshasa’s similarly provocative 2024 move: openly inviting convicted genocide masterminds residing in Mali, after serving their sentences, to relocate to the DRC. The message Kinshasa is sending to Kigali is unmistakable: “We will not neutralize the FDLR; genocide ideology is what unites our coalition; the genocidal project remains alive; we will double down and help FDLR march on Kigali; we have even chosen their political leader as Rwanda’s future President." In essence, Kinshasa is signaling that there is no political solution to the current conflict, that only one side will remain standing. Believe me, that message has been received loud and clear. Very soon, these provocations will meet their response.

Mainstream culture in America is being radicalized. The cool, trendy behavior at music festivals and on college campuses now casually includes spreading hate against Jews. Last week at Coachella, a band that has an extensive history of glorifying terrorism went on stage to demonize Israel. They displayed a sign that said, "Israel is committing a genocide. F*** Israel and free Palestine." This is not a political opinion. This is a modern-day blood libel. Israel is fighting a war that it neither started nor asked for, but it is not a genocide. Not every single war is a genocide. And to portray Israel and the Jews as blood-thirsty war mongers is not true, and it's not new. This is the exact same propaganda that has been used to normalize Jew hatred in mainstream culture for centuries. In addition, at Cornell University, it was just announced that another antisemitic performer will be platformed on their campus. This is someone who has said that Zionists are all evil, Zionists are the scum of the earth, and they should all go to hell. She refused to condemn Hamas for the October 7th massacre and started her music video with the chant, "Long live the Intifada." An intifada is a violent attack against Jews. Thousands of Israelis were murdered in the first and second intifada in which Palestinian terrorists launched waves of suicide bombings, knife stabbings, and other violent attacks against Jews. And so, these uninformed music lovers think that this is the right way to be, this is the correct, cool way of thinking. For a while now, these slogans and ideas have been used as prerequisites to enter some spaces. Where in order to join a club or attend an event, all you need to do is just to support the intifada, accuse the Jews of committing a genocide. This thinly veiled Jew hatred became the expected virtue signaling in polite societies. This is how extremism and radicalization happens. Normalizing hate and violence becomes accepted as part of culture, and we have seen what this can cause for the Jewish community. Let me be clear, supporting Hamas should never be part of the culture. Spreading Jew hatred should never be part of the culture. And if that's where culture is at right now, then I'm proud to be part of the counterculture, where truth lives. Welcome, everybody. We are the counterculture.

She was only four years old during the 1994 Genocide in Rwanda. Today, she lives in #Canada with her children. Recently, she became the target of coordinated online harassment on TikTok,where individuals mainly based in #Rwanda have accused her of being a "Hutu genocidaire," the "daughter of a killer," and falsely linked her to genocide perpetrators, despite her being a child at the time of the #genocide. In response, she submitted a request to the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (Rwanda Investigation Bureau ), asking them to investigate the individuals behind these defamatory and threatening attacks. Shockingly, instead of investigating the harassers, Rwandan Immigration Officers blocked her husband at #Kigali International Airport as he was preparing to travel to #Canada to visit her and their children. He was then taken into custody and handed over to the Rwanda Investigation Bureau. Her husband had complied with all legal requirements for international travel. He held a valid Canadian visa and official documents from Rwandan authorities confirming that he has no criminal record, documents obtained through legal procedures during his visa application. Since his detention, his wife has not been able to contact him and remains unaware of his current location or legal status. She is urgently appealing to the international community, human rights organizations, and media outlets to kindly support efforts encouraging Rwandan authorities to ensure transparency, uphold due process, and facilitate the timely release of her husband so he can reunite with his family in #Canada. #DRC #Ebuteli #M23 "If Rwanda did not back that group, our dysfunctional army would have KILLED ALL OF THEM!" (Mrs. Valériane N. Vogel) ➡️This was uttered yesterday by Valériane Ndena V. in an X Space on DRC, with 17,000 auditors, where she expressed her regret that the Congolese army has not "killed" all the #M23, and by extension, the Congolese Tutsi minority they protect. ➡️Valériane Vogel, is known for her Tutsiphobic rhetoric on X, where she openly promotes the #FDLR -Interahamwe ideology. ➡️ She is also known for being the wife of Christoph Vogel (Christoph N. Vogel), former UN expert, who for the last 15 years, has been the principal source of information on Congo, along with his collaborator Jason Stearns. Their contributions are used by diplomats, politicians, academics, and the media. ➡️ Christoph Vogel's close link to Valériane Vogel who openly promotes anti-Tutsi hate ideology questions the credibility of Christoph Vogel's "expertise" and research ethics on the conflict in DRC. ➡️ Vogel & Stearns are the co-founders of Groupe d’étude sur le Congo, Ebuteli & Baromètre sécuritaire du Kivu (created in partnership with Human Rights Watch). These research institutes, based in the United States & Kinshasa, have played a considerable role in the manipulation of information leading to the politics of divisionism and genocide ideology, promoted by the current Tshisekedi administration. ➡️ In their contributions, they have pushed for a distorted analysis of the DRC conflict, which they have been fueling by promoting numerous conspiracy theories, then recycled by the UN in their reports, for over a decade: 1) The DOUBLE-GENOCIDE theory is consistently alluded through rhetorical manipulation by Vogel & Stearns so as to blur the line between victim and perpetrator. ➡️They have been accusing the RPF & the Rwandan president Paul Kagame, who have stopped the genocide & implemented a system of governance based on unity and reconciliation, of having committed and continuing to commit "a genocide against the Hutu in Congo". ➡️Vogel & Stearns by promoting the double-genocide theory depict the region as a place of perpetual violence, where "Hutu" kill "Tutsi", and "Tutsi" kill "Hutu", and where Africans are unable to govern themselves, requiring constant intervention of western political institutions and NGOs. 2) The theory which argues that "#FDLR DO NOT EXIST" and is "a pretext for Rwanda to invade & destabilize Congo". ➡️ Christoph Vogel promotes this theory in his article: "How to avoid false narratives around DR Congo's M23 conflict" (2023) published in The New Humanitarian, in which he declares that "FDLR is now a shadow of its former self". ➡️This theory denies that FDLR represents a security threat for Rwanda and ignores that the Congolese president has publicly threatened to "help #FDLR change the regime in Rwanda", has integrated its forces into its national army, espoused its ideology, in its war against the same Tutsi community which FDLR has pledged to exterminate, both in Congo & Rwanda. 3) The theory that claims that "#M23 ARE RWANDANS" (not Congolese), as Vogel argues in his paper "Non, le conflit en RDC n’est pas qu’une histoire de 'minerais de sang'", published in Jeune Afrique (February 2025). ➡️This theory promotes the idea that #M23 have invaded Congo. It denies their fundamental right to live in their country. It also presents the Congolese Tutsi as "foreign" to Congo. This ideology has pushed a million Congolese Tutsi to exile in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and around the world. They have been victim of ethnic cleansing in eastern Congo for over the last 30 years. 4) The theory of "RWANDAN AGRESSION" and "VIOLATION OF CONGO'S TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY". While Christoph Vogel in his paper "debunks" the theory that he has been previously promoting, i.e., that Rwanda loots "blood minerals" in Congo, he now argues that #M23, which he considers to be a "Rwandan rebel group", is in Congo for financial gain through its "occupation". ➡️ Vogel's contributions, like the ones of Stearns, thus manipulate, exploit & politicize anti-Tutsi xenophobia, and therefore cannot be credible sources on the conflict in DRC.

DR Congo, the regime ‘s ethnic cleansing of Rwandophones is a copycat of Genocide against The Tutsi in Rwanda: -Every scholar, journalist, reader, Historian who took interest in studying Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, came across the role hate speech played in inciting, stilling violence let alone preaching Genocide ideology. One of the most memorable extremists whose hate speech still rings across thousand hills, and through time is Dr Léon Mugesera. In virulent speech he pronounced in kabaya, 1992.he called Hutu extremists to exterminate Tutsi, and send them back to ETHIOPIA through Nyabarongo river. For those who are hearing this for the first time the speech was transcribed as words that can kill in this paper ( I will attach the audio in comments ) : In Congo the same hate speech is used by congolese officials, civil society, army, and churches targeting Rwandophones .it’s known and reported by UN Genocide Prevention but no one does anything to deter this madness. Two examples among thousands : In Sud Kivu ,Uvira today February 11th 2025 : “ Let them find a way to go to Rwanda while there is still time or let them look for a way to join their brothers in #Goma , otherwise their bodies will be transformed into compost intended to fertilize the earth”,the words of MaïMaï leaders René (in video one ) to the population concerning the fate that will be reserved for the #Banyamulenge of haut plateaux . These incendiary messages come after the stay of the Vice-Governor of South Kivu Jean Jacques #Elakano in #Fizi where he brought together all the militias leaders #MaïMaï of the region. He also promised to decimate Banyamulenge in Haut plateaux in following words : ” I came to organize the resistance against the Banyarwanda enemies who come down from North Kivu. Young people must go to Minova to fight and others to Luberizi to be trained. But in the meantime, we have other enemies here in the highlands in Minembwe, we will send other troops there to take care of them” : The hate speech is taught to toddlers even in School : this hate speech has fermented targeted killings against this community to the level even cannibalism is celebrated as patriotism. The level of extremism reflects how after 30 years FDLR ‘s genocidal ideology has become a norm in modern Congolese society: All of this is done under the nose of UN mission in DRC Huang Xia 🇺🇳 🇧🇪 Belgium MFA António Guterres Johan Borgstam and others whose indifference deafens.

The NHS should not adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism. It is a document that has 1. No legal standing. 2. Deliberately conflates Zionism (a racist, supremacist and openly genocidal ideology) with Judaism. 3. Deliberstely seeks to indemnify Israel from criticism (a state that is guilty of occupation, apartheid, ethnic cleanising and genocide - according to the International Court of Justice, the highest legal body of the united nations) under cover of defining any criticism, or comparison of Israel’s crimes with those of other fascist states as “racist”. 4. By extension, this illegal and illegitimate definition (adopted unilaterally by Theresa May in 2018, without any reference to the wider British public) seeks to protect Israel’s backers - notably the Tory, Labour and Liberal parties, among others, from being exposed to criticism and legal action for their own complicity in genocide in Palestine. 5. In this way Wes Streeting is seeking to use ‘Lord’ Mann (another rabid zionist) and his own position as health secretary to outlaw opposition to his own crimes, “chill” freedom of speech and suppress opposition to British-Israeli Genocide. It is an immoral, racist, anti-democratic initiative, made more immoral by his own long history of political support and promotion, as well as direct funding from the genocide-supporting Israel lobby. Don’t accept it. Action must be taken against Streeting, Starmer, Lammy, Reeves and all those guilty of and complicit in Genocide.
