A good guideline is to save boost for when you’re making a play on the ball and use your movement to get to the ball. Here is a player who uses all of his boost to chase the ball, and when he ends up low on boost, he keeps chasing anyway. This leads to him bumping his teammate and giving up an easy goal.

This is an example of a justified punch. As you can see the guy is merely holding his arms out the entire time trying to get the guy to hold back/deescalate the situation, the black guy swats his hand (this counts as a physical attack) the guy doesn't back down so he punches. The law literally doesn't care about whether you are justified or not though, so don't throw sucker punches, be ready to counter/defend against them, once someone physically lays their hands on you THEN you unload. As long as you fear for your life after all. NOTE: I've noticed this a lot, but a lot of people from "the hood" have a habit of saying shit like "don't touch me" when you aren't even touching them just trying to use motions and body language/defensive posture and then they make physical contact with you and throw the first punch or make physical contact: NEWSFLASH—saying "don't touch me" while touching someone doesn't make you the good guy lmao, same thing with the Alex Pretti case, the dimpshit put his hands on an officer, then proceeded to resist arrest while yelling "no don't touch me" like a retard, him getting shot was entirely legally justifiable (especially considering his gun discharged and instead of having his hands up or laying down/still he tries to get up and is reaching at his pants) I'm not trying to be tough (lmao) nor am I saying you have to fight fair (I don't) but you 100% need to know the law if you're going to have your ass covered. Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. It's nail night! This little man has huge paws and fast growing nails. He's been carefully introduced to the Dremel and doesn't fear it all. However sitting still long enough is a challenge for him so instead of spending a lot of time getting them really short, he gets just a little buzzed off and a bite of chicken or other high value treat every nail. Because it's a fast session they get done at least once a week. We start off with a quick sniff and paw touches on the Dremel so he's reminded it's a safe thing and essential to getting the treats. As he gets older and has more patience, he'll get longer, better trims and they won't need to be done as often but short sessions now keep him from getting frustrated and starting to really dislike the process. You really don't want an adult 120 pound rottweiler hating nail trims. #PuppyLife 🎥 Kenji doing his pre-pawdicure routine

How to stay sane VTubing for a living! (From a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Your time is better spend brainstorming and creating more off-stream content, looking at other streamers content and learning from those that came before you. Your time is so valuable, don't waste it. 7 - Finally: You are a person off-stream!!! Eat, drink, workout, socialize if you can. Have secrets. Have a life, friends and interests outside of stream. You don't need to share everything with your chat and community, and likewise you DON'T have to share your VTubing journey with your family if they don't need to know. If it's full-time, it's a job, there needs to be a step back at the end of the day, for your own sanity. Hope this reaches those that want to go full-time as a VTuber!!!
