@YouSceneThis During Deep Blue Sea (1999), Samuel L. Jackson & even the VFX team thought the speech was so bad that Jackson asked, “Why don’t you just kill me?” Director changed the scene after poor test screenings, accidentally creating one of horror’s greatest deaths.

Honestly... I understand why they cut to this angle randomly.

@YouSceneThis Sexy woman but dumb scene. She was wearing shoes which would remove any need for her to protect her feet from electrocution

@YouSceneThis For those wondering why she had to strip, the shark was male and got distracted staring at her boobs. That's why she got it with the electric shock.

She took the wetsuit off for electrical safety… but kept the shoes on 😂 90s logic hits different 💀

@YouSceneThis It actually does make sense. She was about to electrify the water and wanted as much padding between her and the surface she was standing on. Her shoes are wet so she wanted to take extra precaution.
