DEI bureaucracies are a masterclass in wasting taxpayer dollars. The University of Virginia alone burns $20M annually on 200+ DEI staffers while committing $1B to race-based programs that fuel division, not merit. Studies prove DEI training backfires, yet elites keep funneling cash into this scam to virtue-signal. Real equity? Let competence speak—not skin color or gender. Cut the bloated diversity industrial complex and redirect funds to actual education, infrastructure, and innovation. America thrives when we reward excellence, not grievance peddlers.

DEI policies are a freakin disaster wherever they're implemented, undermining meritocracy and fostering division. They prioritize race over competence. This approach erodes trust, stifles excellence, and betrays the American ideal of judging individuals by character, not skin color. It's time to reject this divisive ideology and restore merit-based systems.

An america based on merit? That's racist! Common sense should be illegal!

How would you feel if you found out you only got something because of DEI?

Charlie is really doing a lot of good work out there. I can’t believe you didn’t hear “didn’t earn it”before now!

@KarenHaunM His accuracy is 80%-90%, he deserves attention! 🪐 🔥 🍂 🎉

Hilarious and True

Affirmative action in the 1960’s did help qualified minorities get jobs that they wouldn’t have got because of skin color. This isn’t the case anymore and it’s giving less qualified people advancement.
