Agents for Homeland Security were arresting a food delivery driver when he pushed back and assaulted one of their agents causing him to fall on cement and hit his head. The agent is injured, but it could have been much worse. Far left media and influencers are attempting to spin it by claiming that agents were "violently arresting" the delivery driver, when it is completely clear he was resisting arrest and pushed back to make the agent fall on cement. This is assault in the very least. Per DHS: Cristian Enrique Carias Torres is an illegal alien from Venezuela who illegally entered the U.S. under the Biden administration in 2023. He has a final order of removal from an immigration judge, issued that same year. Carias Torres has racked up a long list of traffic crimes, for which he currently has active warrants. In the face of menacing taunts and harassment, this law enforcement officer conducted himself with dignity and did not violate DHS policy. As you see in the video, his fellow officer was on the ground with a bloody head and concussion due to violent resistance from the illegal alien they were apprehending.
