The U.S. citizen then gets out of his car, to record the agents’ license plates, and one of the ICE agents has the audacity to say: “Sir, please don’t interfere with our investigations.” Interfere with what investigation? He WAS the investigation. If they’re letting him leave, then there is nothing left for him to “interfere” with.
