why would you run all of them at the same time.........

dont you wanna check which one is more dominating

Why? I am the dom

L tier ragebait

works every time

your C version is 3 times slower than asm ( 3ms vs 12ms ). So to me, your C version isn't properly optimized :) (for flat shaded cube and carefully written C hline func you should be very close to asm). I guess it's software rasterizer right?

yes not optimizing was part of the test

I mean, what's your hline function in asm? even by just converting it to C you should get alsmot same speed

This is a stupid comparision and probably fake. Also C/C++ and assembly will be equally fast if you just use the right compiler options. And for a single cube, even Javascript Canvas can do 1000 FPS on pure software rendering.

It’s GL cube, has nothing to do with programming language or the delta will be such insignificant that you’ll perceive zero difference.

i somehow doubt theres that big of a performance gap between C and asm

Java was second fastest? Damn

What a bs comparison and waste of time.

assembly

He's Indian. He doesn't know what he is talking about. You can disregard.

@cmuratori

My point exactly.

ray tracers ?

no ray tracing

Java's not so bad..

what languages?

Always fun to see benchmarks like this. In production though, developer velocity and maintainability usually trump raw execution speed—unless you hit a CPU/memory bottleneck where dropping down to Rust or C actually moves the needle.

average indian vibe coder

Dude, we don't use Python Vanilla, nobody use Python Vanilla

Bresenham ?

what is the language beetwen in Js and lisp?

Stop trolling

why python so slow.. can a code manipulate to make it fast or its just python was so slow?

Could u please also list the amount of time spent writing the code for each cube?

Esta super raro eso... Súbelo a un repositorio.

я нихрена не вижу!

What was your C/C++ doing that it's that much slower than assembly 💀
