This will ultimately lead to an injury of the lumbar spine. This will likely cause a disc injury at L4,5. This is the worst motion one can do to the lower back. I would recommend against it.

homie that lumbar posture in the lower-section of the lift ain't it. all for for promoting healthy lumbar flexion/tension but this screams disc pop.
