On paper everything is there but world knows how courts functions. It's day light robbery of litigant rights and misuse of power. Dates are given on whims and fancy of judges and magistrates. Advocates dictate judgements. For influential clients they'll open right in midgnight.

Italy never force payment for water. They have option Tap water or Still water. We often go there. Infact they have fountains on the road for refill water bottles or drink … yaa Tap water or Bisleri you can land in hospital and pay for water borne diseases 🙂
