Yeah, @SabbySabs2 interviewed people who sued the party for how the primary was handled, and they said the party is a private corporation that can install its preferred candidate regardless of votes. The party won the case.

Yes, it's fuel to my seething anger at the Democrats, which I naively believed could be moved left. Bernie was my final hope. I'm an old lady and I was a Democrat for many years. I was raised by factory workers, worker myself, with family that needed the Democrats to deliver on their promises, but never did.

Anyone around 2016 knew the DNC was putting their thumb on the Hillary scale because it was “her turn”. For those that don’t know, it was supposed to be “her turn” in 08 before a little known Senator from Illinois derailed her. It wasn’t going to happen again.

The rich Democrat donors would rather live in an America being run by Trump than one being run by Bernie. They are the ones calling the shots and they have very different interests than you or me.
