The secret to success: Do the opposite of what the masses do. The masses ALWAYS chooses easy and an easy path leads to somewhere crowded. Nothing good comes out of there. Instead, learn new skills. Become competent. Make yourself valuable. Pursue difficult endeavours. Don't shy away from discomfort. Welcome mental pain. And you'll be a success.

90% work for another. Until you are working for yourself you will never have a future. I have learned many trades good enough to lead projects in multiple fields of construction. It's goy me nowhere. I make no more than top trade pay. I go from company to company.

Sometimes the top 10 percent get fed up with corruption and whistleblow resulting in their firing.

Seems like someone wants their workers to stay obedient and improve by making them fear the future but not actually pay them more when they improve...

Not true, from the 80-now good people are cut from companies, due to being paid more because they have better skills then replaced by cronies and relatives incapable can just maintain what was created by the 10%, now unemployed and giving up after being burned out

This is BS. Learning new things is mostly useless. Using OLD, PROVEN methods is way better. Learning the new is a distraction to make you focus on learning and working for others. Wake up!
